The Immaculate Story begins in 1993, just another autumn night in Flat Rock, South Carolina. Scott Blackwell, entrepreneur, baker, dreamer, is hard at work in his garage, baking up a storm with carefully selected ingredients, baking his heart out Delicious. Wholesome. Simple. That was the beginning of Immaculate Baking. Sure, a lot has changed since our start up days. For one, we don't bake our goodies in garages anymore! Dark Chocolate Bliss
Bliss for a hardcore dark chocolate addict! I discovered these several years ago, and they swiftly became my favorite chocolate cookie...and note that they make a terrific gluten free ice cream sandwich base! I do wish they were more easily found and less expensive. Delivery was prompt and product was as described.

Suprisingly amazing
I'm all about Impulsively buying cookies that are made with real ingredients. I'm so impressed with all the gluten-free offerings hat are available everywhere now but these cookies were especially delicious and perfect. I'm assuming there's a large margin for error because I usually somehow mess up baked sweets. They turned out slightly crispy on the outside and warm with a super soft im the middle. Usually you sacrifice a little taste or texture with slightly healthier options, but I would choose these over the usual brands; you would never know they were gf.
