It was the perfect touch! So cute for our retirement party, the sash is the one in the chair . It blended with her outfit and she got 2 so she switched. I was concerned about the banner since most said it was misspelled but mines was spelled correctly..Yay! Buy it!

Was a great set, the tiara is good quality not cheap and has the side combs to stay in place I ironed the sash on low the night before and rolled it up and then placed it back in the box with tiara. We pinned the sash to her shoulder so it wouldn’t slip off. It was a great way to be recognized through out her last day. I highly recommend it. It also comes with a couple banners you can hang.

I bought this for a coworker who was retiring. It was a nice touch and was cute for the money. She said it was comfortable and was a very inexpensive way to make her feel special.
