Perfect in every way possible. The loops help with the amount of 'stretch' indicated in my current physical therapy regimen, you don't need to pull or tighten the strap from the end of the strap. Makes things a lot easier! Easy to roll up and store near my exercise location. The booklet included in the package includes many other useful hints & illustrated stretches & exercises!
