This bread was amazing! Can't stop eating it! And the aroma is everything! Try it warm with butter.

It was easy to make and taste great

The recipe was easy to follow although I never follow one too strictly. I always add something to make it my own but still keeping it simple. I added cranberries to the banana bread for a little extra flavor and tartness. It came out fluffy and moist and most of all tasted great. I have a dairy allergy and would try to make it vegan next time replacing the eggs with ground flax and water but will probably use the plain gluten free flour from the same brand. I would definitely recommend this product if you are gluten intolerant or have celiac's disease.

Sorry I have tried three brands of banana bread. This one is very moist but even with using 4 mashed bananas in the recipe the banana flavor was weak.

I used this gluten-free cornbread mix in my corn pudding recipe for Thanksgiving and it was a big hit for everyone, those who were gluten-free and those who were not. Delicious and moist.

Box was mangled upon delivery. Inner bag was not compromised so used it. Bread was good.
