Otafuku Japanese Tonkatsu Sauce, Rich and Savory Katsu Sauce for Japanese Fried Pork Cutlets, Gluten Free and Vegan (14 Ounces)

My husband likes Katsu sauce, and so I bought this for him. I like it, but he gets excited to use it as a condiment. Its a good all around katsu, nice flavor, versatile. Basically can use it like a ketchup, or I guess even like a BBQ sauce, but has deeper more savory flavor. Flavor varies from brand to brand, and I really havent met one I didnt like. I know I can get a huge container from another company for just a little more than this, but we dont go through that much at any given time. So I pay more for smaller, but I can be assured that it wont go bad since I will use it all in reasonable amount of time. It is just a nice option to keep on hand for something different on occasion. Works nice with noodles too.

This is a delicious sauce, really tasty on chicken or pork katsu. I couldn't find this in my local grocery store, so I was happy to find it on Amazon. I feel that the price is reasonable considering it is a specialty product.

My son loves this particular sauce with his chicken katsu and it any breaded chicken, yummy bbq flavor

If you’re from Hawaii or the Asian Pacific. This sauce will definitely make you homesick. If your remember eating chicken katsu at restaurants back home. This sauce is a must have. It goes with chicken, steak, hotdogs, fries, burgers, and etc. If you are making Hawaiian or Fusion Hawaiian-Japanese Cuisine. You need this sauce. Definitely worth money and I would definitely pay double because of where I am.

It tastes just like the sauce at the Japanese restaurant we went to. Great flavor and texture! We enjoyed it very much on our Panko chicken at home, and I even dipped my baked potato in it and that was good, too!
