Makes excellent dressing
I make a very simple vinegar and oil dressing for green salads that I learned in France. When I saw this vinegar, I decided to try it as a replacement for my favorite red wine vinegar. The aged sherry is milder than what I was using and makes a lovely dressing with no sharp or bitter taste.

Best Sherry Vinegar I have ever tasted!
This is a wonderful earthy vinegar which goes very well with cheeses and meats. I can't get it in the store anymore for some reason, but this is a wonder addition to your vinegar flavors.

The best! love this company and their products. So good that Amazon carries this line. Not easy to find here. It came wrapped in protective cardboard. Great flavor.

A not guilty pleasure
Not cheap but I can’t live without it. Everything else just won’t do.

Delicious, but 25% more expensive in October than in February - no thank you.
I am conflicted about this review. It's an excellent vinegar, adds an addictive savory, oaky edge to a vinaigrette. But at 25% more (from $28ish to $36ish for a 3-pack) between February and October, I'll buy it from someone else or just use another brand going forward.

It's Really Good Stuff ...
These days, in the summer? We live on gazpacho, in all it's various forms. One the the ways we vary it is by using different vinegars - and sherry vinegar has become a favorite. It can be expensive, so I shop around. This 3-pack was a good buy; I figured once it gets steamy outside, we're liable to go through scads of it. Funny, only yesterday, by special request, I made a huge tureen of watermelon gazpacho for a big gathering outdoors, in the heat. The sherry vinegar made a reliably great cold soup even better. Big thumb's up...

Delicious!
I needed sherry vinegar for a recipe and purchased this brand. I’m normally not really a vinegar person, however, this vinegar is delicious and now it’s all I use. This is a high-quality product that I would highly recommend.

Serious misrepresentation
The product is not what is advertised. It is not sherry vinegar but rather sherry vinegar mixed with apricot juice. This is nowhere mentioned on Amazon or on the main label; only when you look at the ingredient list in fine print do you see this. It may be a perfectly good vinegar, but it is not what they claim it is and is wholly unsuitable for the purposes it was bought for.As a food item it is nonreturnable but I was able to get a refund eventually and allowed to keep it. However it took a long time and the process is not at all intuitive.
