I bought this after dealing with some serious chafing during long runs,inner thighs and nipples. (runners know the pain 😅). Since then, I use it every time I run over 15 km, and it has worked really well. Works perfectly for chafing while running! Super easy to apply. There’s no smell in the tube and when you first apply it, but does develop a weird smell once you begin to sweat or it gets on clothing. It’s definitely noticeable from up close so for that reason I’ll be looking for an alternative
