Lovely taste to water
So easy to use just boil for 10mins and it's ready for putting in your water dispenser. My daughters are water freaks and they love the clean fresh taste as do I

Won't last it just kept breaking off into the water
Did its job but shards of the coal were in every jug of water. So it wouldn't last. Returned.

Purchased this to use as a deodoriser for the fridge, rather than asa water purifier. Works perfectly to minimise smells from the fridge when put in a small glass and left in the fridge. I was surprised at how large the charcoal pieces are (about 4 inches long), but they do not take up too much space.

Arrived smashed
I love using charcoal sticks in my drinking water containers in the fridge.Didn't release these were hollow and arrived all smashed up.Won't order again sadly

It broke after boiling , water taste like coal and keep leaving charcoal partials in water. Not worth it

I'm very happy to have purchased an eco product, I'm enjoying it very much. The flavour is not what I've expected but it does purify the water, still experimenting though.

Only two stick inside
What does 5x mean? I have no clue. Only 2 small sticks were found in the box, 8euros per burnt stick. Way to expensive. Furthermore on the instructions it says replace after 3 months. The amount inside was much much less than 322g. Rip off

Llegó la caja manchada de grasa, rota y abierta.
Lo he tenido que devolver porque llegó la caja manchada de grasa tipo aceite, rota y abierta. Es el segundo paquete en una semana que me llega así de mal. En el otro caso al ser otro tipo de producto no le di importancia pero este al estar en contacto con agua que iba a beber me dió mucho miedo.
