These are incredibly sharp and long lasting blades

Dangerously razor blade sharp because the finer grain, harder blue steel can take and hold a sharper edge. But this type of steel is quickly rusted to dullness, particularly at the thin blade edge. If you get your knife wet and don't immediately after use, they will be dull next time, so carefully dry them out. Baking in the hot sun for a couple of hours works, or I disassemble the knife and dry the blade off with a paper towel. Both 18mm and 25mm are equally amazingly sharp. I used to buy the yellow 10-packs from the local super home stores. Since trying these a few years ago, they are only brand of snap blades I buy.
