Perfect Size
I bought this to put on the back of my battle belt. It is big enough to hold all the necessary medical equipment but not too big to where it takes up a lot of the belt or it hangs too low. The company put a personal touch on this product that made the whole experience quite pleasant. The design is quite thoughtful, including a strap for a tourniquet as well as tear-away backing to quickly get it off when needed. The 900D nylon is quite sturdy. I will definitely be using this company again!

Great Bag!
This bag is amazing! It’s very compact yet surprisingly spacious—it fits everything I need perfectly. The quality is excellent: durable materials, sturdy hardware, and neat stitching. Every detail is well thought out, making it a pleasure to use. A special thank you for the little gifts—such a nice touch! Definitely recommend!

Great for the price
The pouch is the perfect size for a tear-away IFAK; easily holds a compressed Israeli bandage, gauze, CAT tourniquet, two chest seals, celox packets, and even some unnecessary items that are nice to have (i.e. electrical tape, nasal pharyngeal, assorted band-aids, tweezers, small nail clippers, some ibuprofen and other meds, plastic gloves) with a little room to spare. The outside pocket with it's Velcro holds trauma shears nicely. Fits well on my battle belt on the small of my back, could just as easily be plate mounted or thrown in the car or on the back of an ATV.I take mine with me on duty and out to the range.Only major con for me is that it's a little awkward to get off the back of the belt. Totally doable, especially with a little practice, but not ideal. When loaded, I don't trust the Velcro to hold the pouch by itself, so you have to work the little clip blind in the small of your back. The pouch styles that are elastic sleeves that you rip the whole IFAK out of are definitely superior, but the cheapest I can find those is almost $100 and I think that's a little steep for not being a huge improvement.Good pouch for the money, seems well made, has been holding up well, and a perfect size for my use (which generally involves carrying a little more than necessary).

Nice piece of kit!
I made up a custom trauma kit for my range bag. This fits perfectly on the molle on my range bag. With the tear-away feature, it is easy to retrieve without having to tote the whole bag to a patient. Highly recommend for such a custom application.

Convenient size, but contents are tight
Very convenient small size. You do have to pack smartly if you want to fit a lot of contents. It fits a CAT tourniquet and chest seals, but you have to fold the ends a little bit.I taped a list of the contents of my IFAK to the inside hinge of the bag so if someone has to help me, they don’t have to dig around or guess at what I have. The fabric quality doesn’t look as nice as the photos, but that’s true for any product on this site, I guess.

Great for Scout Trips
My Scouts are always losing their Personal First Aid Kits in their day hiking bags. This makes it easy for them to find what they need and for their patrol leaders to confirm that they have their PFAKs before they set out on a hike. Great organization tool for adults, too! Nice to have everything you need neatly accessible on the outside of a pack. Lightweight, sturdy velcro, good addition to any day hiking bag.

i like how good it looks and fast to take off my belt but the issue i have is that there isn't much pockets to put stuff into the bag
