Q: Does this product come with a wrapping or safety seal? Mine did not, so I’m curious if that’s standard?

My lip color DID come with a clear outer seal that I actually had a little difficulty removing. I would be concerned as to whether it may be a return or not.

Q: How is this shade, lead the way, described? it’s my perfect “your lips but better” color, but i’m not sure if it’s considered nude or rose or what?

Thanks for your message. On our Shade chart, this is the first shade in the nude palette, however, this one does have some pink tones to it. One shade down to Trust your Gut, and you are getting into more true nude tones.

Q: Can someone suggest a taupy mauve color? I was leaning towards Lead the Way but it is too peachy pink.
