CNC Plasma Cutter (63" x 236")

Hello, I recently purchased an FLSK F2100 CNC plasma cutter from your company, when trying to install it an expired code message appeared on the screen. I tried to locate it in the USB drives included but to no avail. The message says “contact vendor” so I hope you could help me resolve the problem.Thank you in advance for your help.

It works. It was/ is a learning experience, they provide a manual and program starcam software on a flash drive which is also the key to open it. no plasma included however a nice cutting torch with gas valves set up was thereI used a Miller plasma and interfaced the trigger and monitor-cause miller schematic showed it. I updated to a hypertherm 65, which shows nothing in schematics and you need the interface outlet installed on the plasma then its plug and playNo other instructions elsewhere, getting it loaded was a head banger- but they responded to emails with helponce loaded the starcam is the most difficult software, it little different to draw with and impractical to down load your own and generate the G code. way to much line fixing, spent hours fixing lines for simple jobs but kept at trying to understand it.. its just crapI went with sheetcam for one time cost 150, its great- any DXF from corral or autodesk or any dxf.. boom a g code TAP file. put on a flash and plug in to the machine, and your cutting. Went from an hour(s) to 2 minutes to g code the drawings, so just need the machine, it reads TAP filesthe shape library that comes with it is very useful, if your a fab shop/hobby shop and need quick accurate cutting this can be a contender.we had some other program issue when the guys played with he parameters in the machine(write it down first), however the support was there thru email to help get it going, response was under 24 hours. but seemed like one question at a time was answered, so ask wisely to get to the next step when trouble shooting. its also in the manual with lots of other good info.Very accurate, however if your thinking to cut smaller finite parts from the largest sheet for mass quantity production- forget about it. when the arm is extended and higher cut rates are used it can shake a little, its not a gantry machine, when the arm is up close/short it cuts impressively accurate. when we do big panels it just fine extendedthe head features were more than expected, it can auto height adjust if you install a sensor of your choice, we use the preset and it will reset the preset every cut.for the money a good deal, and has become a daily player for fabrication and opened the field, and its portable.. if you bought one and cant return and dont need it it try to contact me, I would get another for back up in case this one damaged in transport .

The unit we bought worked for about 2 days then one of the drive motors stopped working. I tried to get support through Amazon and every other company name that was included with the manuals. No one claims to support or service the equipment so it is basically junk at this point.

We will use it for fabrication, our long time fabricator/ welder is excited to use it.

Customer support sucks had to figure out problems on my own. Shipped with a bad motor took a moth to get new one

The media could not be loaded. Works great using a primeweld cut60 plasma cutter, you do have to make a table for it but can also be used on level floor.
