Head’s likely broken so movement doesn’t work properly.
Received broken, replacement looked like it had been glued and broke in a different place. Did not look like it was broken in shipping. This was bought as a graduation gift and recipient decided to just glue and keep. So now hard work earning master’s degree has been rewarded with cracked collectible.

Great product for any Disney lover!
The clock is great! I did not give 5 stars because the clock chimes 10 minutes early and the directions do not tell you how to fix it.

Beautiful clock but unfortunately did not work.
We bought this clock for out daughter who loves Beauty and the Beast. It arrived and looked great. Unfortunately, the sound did not work, which was disappointing. The seller was great, though, allowing us to return it for a full refund.

Not worth $20.00!!!
The sculpter was painted terribly, the speaker was faulty and the turning components skipped. Buyer beware...it is NOT worth the asking price. A BIG FAILURE for a Christmas present!!

THE ITEM I RECEIVED IS OBVIOUSLY USED, IT HAS 3-4 SCRATCHES AROUND. AND THE MOST IMPORTANT, THE MECHANISM OF SPINNING AROUND IS NOT WORKING. UNFORTUNATELI I'M VERY DISAPPOINTED.

I have called the Bradford Exchange because they are trying to bill me £17.49 unpaid on this item. Their customer service team refuses to handle queries from Amazon customers and cannot tell me why this bill has been sent. The clock has stopped chiming on the hour, Bradford Exchange has offered to return the item for full refund with 365 days but only via Amazon...... I need to return this item but there is no option to do so? Absolutely horrific service and item is faulty
