For years I tolerated the draft from my window air conditioner during the winter months. I guess just too lazy to do anything about it. :-) Finally, I broke down and did some research. This cover works perfectly. Since the a/c is on the second floor there was no way to conveniently cover the unit from the outside - and then remove it every year. This fits right over the small part that extends inside the house and snugged up by the drawstring. There is a bit of insulation that helps reduce any draft. The window is very old so there is still some draft, but I don't think it is from the a/c anymore; it is definitely much better than in the past. Great investment.

Great quality, looks clean and fits most / all sizes as the string / tie will tighten to fit any demention.

The cloth covered the front of the A/C well, once I figured out how to get it mounted around the A/C's wire. It did a good job of keeping the winter air from coming into the house through the air conditioner vent. If you try it, take the time to get it tight--you have to play with the cords and the electrical wire to get it to work right.

I’m pleased with the look, however It was very difficult to keep the cover in place on the A/C while tightening the drawstrings for a fitted look. To remedy this I applied white adhesive backed velcro strips along the top of the A/C and along the underside of the fabric cover to securely hold it in place. Doing this made it much easier to tighten the drawstrings on all sides of the A/C giving it a more fitted look. Making an opening at the bottom of the cover for the A/C’s electrical cord also helped.

Fits around my built in AC. Usually I wrap my AC with bags and other air blocking things but this was way better to use. Happy with my purchase.

I did a bunch of research on covers for the AC and this was a super good value. It's been on all summer and I love that it's blocking anything from getting in while still allowing my AC to run perfectly.

I purchased this cover to fit over the inside of a built in AC. I tried to put it on and the cords didn't work. The fabric is slippery and kept sliding while I tried to adjust the cords. It's quilted but thin and not well made. My cords don't lock at all and will have to be tied closed after they're in place. I would have returned it but I need something right now with freezing temps coming in a few days. If all else fails, masking tape fixes anything.In my view, I cannot recommend this cover.Review Update. Installed the AC yesterday during a particularly windy day in late November. The cords do not lock and the fabric slides around too much, so had to use tape to secure it and then tied the cords off. I wasn't expecting miracles, but after I was done, I clearly felt the cold air coming through the cover.This product was a waste of time.

Was very easy to install. It had to be easy, I am 90 years old.Did it all by myself. Inside and out. .

The product is OK. I made a mistake when I ordered it because I needed a quilted thicker one , since I live in Montreal and it is cold! Otherwise the product is fine.

Needs to be padded to keep out the cold air.
