Good for the money compared to durastilts

9/21/23 I purchased this product for a "clown" outfit, to make me tall. Very difficult to assemble. Once assembled, I found they were difficult to walk in, and much too heavy for my legs to lift for walking. I only tried them out in my living room. I immediately packed them back in the box they came in and returned them. There was nothing wrong with the product... Just my inability to use them as intended. Once received by the seller, I received notice that they were damaged, "Many scratches" and no refund would be issued because of the inability to re-stock. ($130.84... cost of product plus tax). I responded that they were not used and perhaps the scratches occurred during the shipping process. (there were 2 small scratches, not "many"... they sent pictures to me). They were not noticeable to me and perhaps the scratches were there upon arrival to me... I did not inspect them for scratches. I requested either a refund, or return the item to me (since I had paid $130.84 plus $46.76 shipping to return them) so I can sell them myself and get at least recover some of my money. No refund and no return of my item. I have filed a complaint with Amazon and contacted Amazon Customer Service 3 times now, Filed an "A to Z Guarantee" which was approved and refund promised. Still no refund or return of MY item that I purchased and paid for. Very frustrating.

I have fallen twice from the strap on my leg slipping. The teeth don’t lock in easily. I have replaced the straps with better ones, I recommend you doing the same.
