This mat has already done so much for my whole family. We keep the mat on the floor in our living room and it has become a daily thing for us to use it, whether we decide to lay down on the mat or just walk over with bare feet and step on it to decompress the feet a little. This acupressure mat instantly relieves the stress, I can feel it all throughout my body and my mind, my heart becoming more calm and relieved. I have noticed that using the mat on a hard floor, like wood, makes it more intense then using on a carpet, so be aware of where you do use it. It is best used without a shirt on so that you get more of the pressure on the direct skin. This mat is amazing. My family is switching over to a more holistic way of living and this product definitely is assisting us a lot in stress relief. My father who works a very intense construction job, is so impressed with how he feels after, he has very bad posture and is always in a lot of pain, after he uses this mat he is walking around with a big smile on his face. I purchased this product as a health tool for my partner and now we're both using it! As an acupuncturist and integrative health specialist, I've been suggesting this product to my patients as a tool to use between treatments as well. My partner has been using both the neck pillow and the mat for two months every day now. He is an athlete but also sits for long hours for work so this tool has turned out to be perfect for him to both relax and stay energized.From a functional perspective I love this set because it comes in a very easy to take on the go or store in small spaces bag. And most importantly, it actually fits back in the bag unlike so few products do. The eye pillow and towel make it great for use when we're on the go- this set is a perfect size to be able to travel with.Not only would I purchase it again and again, I have already for another friend. This is a great set. I have used a larger size mat in the past, but it's old and needed replacing. I was really on the fence about this set, but it turned out to be a great value for me. The smaller mat works just fine, and the pillow works nicely for neck and to place under my feet (after showering of course!) when they are achy. The eye pillow is nice as well, with a little zipper to take the case off so you can wash it and add more lavender to the insert. That's a very nice feature. The carry bag is nice as well, although I doubt I'll use it much. Very happy with this purchase!

I didn't expect to get results from this at all. But being the health nut I am, I ordered one anyway and I love it! It doesn't hurt at all to lay on, it's almost a step down from a nail bed. Okay, it IS a huge step down from a nail bed. But it's very relaxing as well and definitely instills more restful sleep.

It feels great! The neck pillow takes a little bit to get used to but the product is great!
