Bought this for my wife. She says it's comfortable to hold, but taking it apart for cleaning is very, very difficult. The written instructions are not clear at all how to do this. I went to YouTube and found a video for this model. Watched it several times to see how to take it apart and reassemble for cleaning. The video instructions are nothing like the written instructions. You have to use a lot of force to take the foil off. (You can see from the video that the person's using lots of force.) My wife couldn't take it apart, so I tried it. I'm fairly strong and had a lot of trouble taking the foil head off, and it was nearly impossible for me to put the head back on--there's no way my wife could ever do this, so I'm returning it.

Product did not come as described. I received this electric razor in the mail today and opened it to discover that I only received the razor and "charging stand", but the charging stand does not at all charge the razor. I also did not receive a charging cord or carrying bag. Also, the charging port on this razor does not appear to be a usb port at all. The razor works but once it runs out of power I have no way of charging it. Disappointed and confused!

I'd have given it a full 5 star review except that all that was included was a USB cable with nothing to plug into so that it can be plugged into the wall. Disappointing. The shaver, however, does work quite nicely.

I like that it trims well but someone will cut their finger by pulling the actual blade out to clean. It is very difficult andunsafe. Brori you must make these safe for customers.First off Customer Service is phenomenal. I had a few complaints when I first tried this trimmer but I received one in the mail and I must say this one is probably the best trimmer I have had. I am unsure why my first trimmer was not as successful but I am glad I tried the trimmer again. I would definitely recommend.

Your browser does not support HTML5 video.  This might have worked well but I never got that far. I bought this because I was having back surgery and cannot bend over for 6 weeks. As I usually shave in the shower, I thought this will at least help me take care of myself without my husband having to come in the shower with me! But the head broke off when I carefully removed the guard and will not go back on securely.

I bought this item (blue brori shaver) in late dec or early Jan. As far as shaving, it's ok. It will keep you from looking like a yeti but it's not "touchably smooth". The few times I used it, I used it as more of a trimmer. Does a decent job that way. HOWEVER.... I've only used it a handful of times. Between winter and Covid19, I haven't had too much need for very thorough shaving. Its April, almost may. I used it today for trimming. The head clogs pretty quickly if there is much hair and it's very difficult to remove the shaving/foil type part to clean it out. Seriously. It doesn't really loosen up any after a few uses either. While trying to get it open to clean, the entire head of the shaver broke off. It's trash now. While inspecting the pieces, it's evident that it would have happened at some point to every one of these shavers. It's thin molded plastic pieces that hold it together. Even if it was easier to clean, just slipping out of your hand and hitting the shower floor is enough to break it. $50 wasted.

If you’re debating between this and a dull razor, go with the dull razor. There will be less blood and a better shave. I was excited to try an electric razor. Tried it in the shower and it did absolutely nothing to the daily stubble under my arms or my legs. I decided to try it dry and it was no better. I suppose if you’re an amazon who never shaves then it may work, but don’t expect it to do anything if you use a razor more than once a week. It’s going back today and I’ll stick with my 5-blade razors.

This unit came apart and the main head broke, I called Amazon and a man by the name of Alejandro said that the product had no warranty and that I lost the item and that he could not do anything to help me a Prime Member.The unit hurt my hand when it busted right on my hand and created a small cut and a bruised not a recommended unit for safety. Inside the box, the warranty said one year and I had purchased the unit 8 months prior.
