Only at Amazon !
I've been looking for these dual 250 volt plugs for a while now and no big box store carries them, at least not here in So.Cal. They probably don't want the liability of people plugging in and using two 220 power tools at the same time, which would most likely pop the breakers or worse. My whole wood shop is wired for 220 power and I appreciate not having to constantly plug and unplug my 220 power tools, since I only use one at a time. Thanks for carrying these Amazon !

Perfect for a small wood shop with limited breaker space for multiple circuits.
Great item. Allows me to run my dust collection and jointer or other small woodworking equipment at the same time as I only had room for 2 breakers in my shop, and the other is dedicated to either my planer or table saw (both 5hp). I used 30A wiring to the receptacle as I'm just over 20A for this guy (22.5 per the manufacturer's statement) when using both receptacles.

It suffices.
I much prefer another brand, but I needed a dual 220V outlet and this is what I found and it has sufficed. I have not had any issues.

Works great as expected.

Old style outlets. Not threaded for a cover
Works with 6-20 NEMA plugs fine. Fits in plastic and metal outlet boxes. Not tapped for outlet cover. Your outlet box has to be tapped and threaded for cover screws.

Nice 240 volt 20 amp outlet
I purchased these 240 volt outlets to color contrast with my 110 outlets. Hopefully, no one will try to plug their 110 item into one of these.

It works
Got this to fit the plug on my new woodworking jointer and needed an outlet that would let me extend the wire to another outlet of different design that fit my table saw. This did the trick.

Serves the purpose
Tabs are a little thin and bend easy but it works as a cheap replacement
