It's an efficient, quiet fan. But note that it needs a USB port for power.
This fan is quiet and powerful. It's just as advertised. But notice that this fan uses a USB port for it's power, and not a standard 5v 3-pin motherboard power source. If that's what you want, great! But if not, you'll have to have a weird cable wrapping out to use up a USB port on your PC, just to power your fan (see pic). Also, my fan came with an instruction manual for a different fan, which wasn't much help.Still, the fan is excellent.

Very satisfied
So far the fan is pretty quiet. I appears to be doing a great job of cooling a kvm switch. It only took a few minutes to make the switch cool to the touch. True test will be how long this fan will last.

Works great!
Bought this originally to cool an overheating XB7 from Xfinity, however got upgraded to the XB8 before this lil guy arrived. The good news is that the XB8 will fit on it. I'd recommend the 92mm (or 90mm as some listings have it) for any XB modem as it will push all of the air into the modem rather than around it like some larger fans will. Even on medium I can feel air coming out of the top of the modem and overall its MUCH cooler to the touch.

Works great for my needs
I got this to put under my Deco 6E router and modem which I have in a room that gets hot. It can get up to 110 degrees in the summer. The devices fit well on top and the noise level is not too bad. My only concern is how long this will last running 24/7 but we will see.

Noise even on low is very noticable
If you need a quiet fan for your application, look elsewhere. Moves air but just to loud to cool audio equipment in critical listening.

Good cooling solution for device.
So this is doing the job I intended it to do. It cools my Nvidia Shield pretty nicely. The only issue I have is the fans used are pretty low quality. One fan actually is making an odd sound but it's not that noticable when it's in the cabinet. All and all, I think this is a pretty good device for cooling, but the use of some better quality parts would have made it a 5 star review.

Awful Clicking fan
Picked up the 120mm x 2 option. Comes with a decent PWM USB speed controller. High, Med and Low settings and works well enough.Everything was working OK for a month or two then one of the fans started that awful clicking noise cheap fans tend to do. Ended up having to replace the fans.
