Great natural supplement for detoxification
Works Great! Excellent product. It is exactly as described and arrived quickly. It’s a very convenient way to get the benefits of dandelion root without having to drink tea. I will definitely be purchasing another bottle when I run out.

Didn't have any side effects, but it's mildly diuretic. I noticed that gives me more energy.
Very good quality product. It's helpful in soothing digestive system and cleansing the liver, and I'm using it for that. Powdered root comes in capsules; some swallow them with water. I prefer to empty 2 capsules in the large cap and pour the boiling water in. let it simmer, stir it once and when it cools off have it in the form of tea (2 caps; 1 in the morning, one in the evening}. Doesn't have any strong taste when drinking, some aftertaste, so drinking sips of water after helps.

It will definitely make you poop. Which for me, worked well! I also felt a lot less bloated! So, worth tbe bathroom trips!

DO NOT TAKE IF ALLERGY TO RAGWEED
I purchased these to take for water retention and did not read the caution part. IF YOU HAVE ALLERGIES TO RAGWEED OR ASTERACEAE FAMILY DO NOT USE!! I read the reviews and saw how amazing this product was for everyone and no one (that I saw) mention the ragweed allergy. Needless to say I have an allergy to ragweed, but not a major allergy. After taking 2 capsules I sneezed for hours (NOT EVEN JOKING) and felt really light headed. So this isn't for me :(
