Memphis Nonstick Frying Pan Healthy Ceramic, Black (30 CM)

Pure Joy to work with considering this is thermolon and ceramic nonstick And somewhere you’re mind is put to rest that you are not ingesting many harmful toxic fumes... however gradually making the switch to Stainless Steel (18/10- 304 grade) and cast iron ( preferably lodge) should be the goal to remove dependency of nonstick as with all non stick there still could be A risk of some sort of chemical ingestion... But among the worst out there this is definitely the best... been using it for over a month and I’m happy with it.

Non stick to certain extent. Heavy guage. Joy to cook.

Advertised as 30 cm but label says 28

Writing after using 5 times. So rewriting the review. Photos attached. Scratches appeared over the coated surface like a low quality product and back side start to rust. Feel like cheated after spending so much money for a healthy cooking option.

Bad quality for a high price. I purchased a Greenpan Memphis 30cm (product pic attached) and what a royal fraud it has been.... Look beautiful, arrived in pristine condition, two weeks down the line, lo and behold, the food starts getting stuck in the centre.... No more non stick in the center.... With every passing week it appears to have become further sticky and you have to literally scrape out the charred layers using the wooden spatula ... Don't fall for the product.... It's all glam and a big shame

Ich kann bisher nur positiv berichten. Wir haben die Pfanne schon etliche Monate und sie ist hervorragend. Sie ist gerade und die Antihaft Schicht ist super. Ganz zu Schweigen vom guten Gewissen, da kein PFAS. Man muss vmtl auf jeden Fall richtiges Bratöl und kein Olivenöl nehmen und nicht die Platten voll aufdrehen, max 7/9.

Bien grande y buena calidad

First time purchasing a ceramic non-stick pan. Was eager to switch from Teflon coated pans, given that they only last a year or two at most before the non-stick coating is scratched off and basically unusable. Seemed like a fantastic purchase the first couple of months but gradually the middle of the pan started to have more of a matte finish and this got worse as time went on, covering the whole middle area. This matte area is like cooking on bare steel, and if I'm not cooking something up with a sauce I have to use a vinegar to lift off whatever's been left behind. The ceramic coating is probably great for saucepans as they see a lot less hard work in the kitchen but for a frying pan it can't cut it unfortunately.

List its non-stick after a year. Disappointing considering how much it cost.
