Paper Airplane Fold-a-Day 2016 Day-to-Day Calendar

I bought this for my dad for Christmas. He builds and flies foam airplanes, and because I don't know anything about those, it can be difficult to buy for him. I bought him this because it gives him something small to do every day, even when it is too cold or the weather is too bad to fly. He seemed to genuinely like it. As well, I got him a motor to put in paper airplanes that can fly indoors, so this will give him design ideas for that. Overall, I think this is a great product for someone who enjoys aviation or flight, especially if they are into building it themselves.

This calendar has been great to keep me occupied when I fire up my computer every day. (I don't like to leave my computer on all the time). I've been enjoying seeing how different paper airplanes fly and deciding which planes are worth keeping and which I need to let go of. It's good entertainment, about 2-5 minutes a day depending how complicated the plane gets, and the planes are just a fun way to start a day. Glad I got this!

3.5: Making a plane a day is fun, but the designs start repeating themselves (It's May and I think I've made ~3 of most planes). The paper is pretty and the directions are mostly easy to follow. I guess there are only so many planes. It would have been nice to have more models.

Fun, fun, fun! Finding a place to keep all the papers once you've opened the pack is the trick Most kids are too impatient because the paper is small so little hands get frustrated folding. Adults be prepared to help. It is so much fun spending time with your kids flying plains!

Really excited about this product. Bought this for my husband for Christmas. When you open the box be VERY careful since the box becomes the stand for the calendar. I am not a fan of that and would like to have seen it come with a different stand since the box stand will become flimsy over time.

Love this calendar. Bought it because it looked neat and it is!!!! I am not a master paper plane folder. In fact, I'm not really that in to them, BUT, this calendar is awesome. We have so much fun throwing them around the office.

what a hit. My son has had so much fun with these. I love the idea that he is reminded of Christmas daily and he loves the idea of a new plane each day!

The planes themselves are fine, but the models start to repeat starting mid-February. The paper you fold them on is styled differently, but the models are the same. I was under the impression that I would be getting 300+ different models, not the same 40 models over and over. I'm very disappointed, especially since other origami calendars I have used have managed to have new models throughout the year. Not 1 star only because the quality of the models and the paper is overall very good.

This makes a lovely gift.
