Great product I love it

Imagine, if you will, a pistol optic that shuts off because of recoil when it's working properly, so much so that the included documentation feels compelled to address it. When you're done laughing, or crying, know that it comes with a little rubber plate cover to reduce the recoil and fix that problem, so maybe yours won't experience the issue, but please don't stake your life or anyone else's on this device. Caveat emptor: it doesn't fit your Glock unless you buy a plate, because Glocks don't just "come with" the plate this thing depends on. The user manual goes so far as to recommend that you have this thing installed by a licensed gunsmith. Okay, back to laughing, or crying, whichever you prefer, but unless you want to see your licensed gunsmith laugh and/or cry, don't bring him this thing.

This sight holds settings and works great with the DPP titanium mount. Best sight for the money. Why spend $300 when you can get this for lot less and works great. I was amazed at how much better I can hit target with this gun sight set up. Putting one on my Glock 34 and Canik TP9SF. Fit right on the DPP titanium base plate.

Gen 4 G34 Extremely annoyed. Fits on the plate, but is offset by a few mm, sticking out the back of the plate. So when the plate is screwed in, the rear of the sight prevents it from mounting flush to the rest of the slide.

I think I have tried 8 or so ADE red dots over the last 2 years. It is a long story. I have return each of them within 30 days with the exception of the one I currently own. They have all had the same 2 issues: would not adjust left or right correctly or they just stop working after a few hundred rounds. This last one lasted 8 months or so in my Taurus TX22 before giving up the ghost (~1000) rounds. Amazon replaced it and the replacement lasted ~4 months on the TX22 (~500 rounds). This is not a good red dot for prolonged use or on any type of EDC. It served it purpose on the TX22. I was testing to see if a red dot would alter the TX22's operations. It did not. That said, I am done with ADE. The old saying is true. You get what you pay for.

Purchased for a Canik TP9SFx which has a Glock mounting plate for it and it works just fine. Really like the multiple brightness settings. It also works in the dovetail of a Taurus G3C with a Glock mounting plate. Adjustment is easy but remember to loosen the locking screws. I appreciate its small size on a compact conceal carry gun. Looks well made and rugged.

Clearly the description of firearms it fits is not accurate. It required a bit of filing and smithing to get the item to fit on my IWI Masada. Overall decent little optic, glass is pretty clear but the 'dot' is a more ovoid than dot and with a 5 MOA, it is hard for detailed work. For self defense range it is sufficient.

Tried to make it work with the Gen 5 Glock 19 MOS. It does not fit even with the adapter.
