This product was the best I have used to clear out my sinuses. I just had some sinus surgery and I was able to use this three times a day to wash out my nose and sinuses. Work very well, is easy to use, and not very expensive.

I wish I bought this sooner! Easy to use and works great! I get sinus infections really often and my doctor recommended a neti pot. I like how this one is small and easy to use. The thermometer tells you when the water is safe to use. And it CLEARED ME OUT! I am now trying to use it daily when I remember to use it. I have never been able to breathe so clearly. Get it! Get it now!

So much easier than the traditional tea pot style. The temp sticker is useless, but the rest of it works as expected.

It's a great option for the price. I like it better than the original Neti Pot. It worked really well for me to help clear out my sinuses with a really bad infection. I like that you can squeeze the bottle to control how much flow is allowed. If you press too hard it kind of leaks out the lid a little bit, but not a big deal. The temperature sticker is great for making sure it's not too hot. Just make sure to follow the instructions and pull it out of your nose before letting off the squeeze on the bottle. The suction from that is not fun. It would be helpful if the bottle was a bit bigger but I used it twice so I could use one full bottle for each side. My sinuses were that blocked, but it cleared out a lot of nasty stuff and helped so much. Really glad I made the purchase!

Excellent product! Love it better than the more expensive ceramic Neti pots. I was very impressed how well it worked. My ENT doctor told me to do it every day with distilled water. With this one, it easy-pesy

This is my firsts time using anything like this. I got it out of desperation of what I'm guessing was the start of a sinus infection after a cold. A very unpleasant smell was lingering in my nose and everything that had a good or bad odor translated to varying degrees of that one unpleasant smell trapped in my nasal passage. This was easy but pretty unpleasant to use. It was at least a familiar feel, reminding me of the sensation of jumping into a swimming pool without holding my nose. After a single use, the offending odor which had been driving me mad was cleared out of my nose good for days which was a huge relief. I think I may do another application soon as the smell may be coming back a little now. I think the saline solution affected my sense of smell and taste for about a day with my senses being dulled, but the rotten smell was immediately replaced with a very clean smell and sensation which was a huge relief to me. I had thought if I like this, I might invest in one of those fancy motorized ones but I don't think I see the point. This was simple and effective with little clean up when done over my bathroom sink. I will continue to use this and plan to buy another one just like it once I've used up all the saline packets that came with this one. The only thing I couldn't figure out was the included temperature strip. I could never really get it to work but its pretty easy to get a good sense of a good temperature by holding my hand under the faucet first anyway. I imagine using similar tricks as warming a baby bottle should be adequate.

This little bottle does the job. Sinus infection from Hell...I am older and was not really sure that I could use this device. But when you have a sinus infection that went to the teeth and gave me a swollen face with alot of pain I had to at least try. I felt the difference over night. Still swollen up some but I slept 6 hours without my teeth hurting. Who knew....I will aways jump at the chance to tell my story especially when it has a really good outcome.

For the price works well but did not remove any debri from my nose. Still congested.
