Bought this for my mother and I love it. Big numbers to push for dialing. She has arthritis so this feature is perfect. Speaker phone so she does not have to hold the phone all the time. Also you can preprogram 8 popular phone numbers in with picture or name identification so easy fir her to use

Got this for my 96 year old grandpa along with the phone and it just doesn’t work at all. It’s connected to the network but just doesn’t do anything. I myself and two other friends also tried to make it work but no go. He lives far away so not so easy for me to return so now I’m stuck with it and it has never worked. Not even once!!! Worthless

Good product, but is bigger than expected and would be hard to wear. We opted to hang it from the shower handle in case of a fall or emergency in the bathroom. The alarm is loud and can be heard from afar.

First off Amazon needs to separate the reviews for each product so you know what item the customer is reviewing.This review is for the wearable pendent.We had the old style pendent and had to replace because it was lost. The old style had an on off switch and you could talk through it. This new pendent is a button only. The person you are calling for help can only hear you if you are very close to the base unit. The person you are calling hears a recorded message so they will know you are calling for help but dont count on talking to them. Also the button is way too easy to push on accident. We set it off up to 1/2 dozen times a day. There is a small button on the back to cancel the SOS but you have to be quick. They need to redesign this pendent (And make the new pendent compatible with this system) so it is not so easy to accidentally press the button. We put up with it because would rather get a false alarm vs no alarm and need help.As far as the rest of they system it works well. The door bell works fantastic. The first day after I installed it I was able to talk to a flower delivery person. I have it set up so it calls my cell phone and not ring in the house (but you can set it that way too) I was at work and I was able to tell them to just leave on the door step. I then called the house to let my mother know the flowers were there. She was able to get them safely after the delivery person had left.This is the best system with no monthly fees. Just could use some improvements on the pendent. Surprised other phone makers dont have something like this also. A huge help for older people and would be lost without it.

This is surprisingly easy to set up. A great idea for people who want an emergency device to call only family members. Maybe a little heavy but not too bad.
