I bought this to set in our bunny hutch to keep little paws safe from the wire bottom. I was tired of all the hay as a soft bed and wanted a cleaner look than towels or a fleece blanket and it matches more of our decor since we have the hutch currently in our living room. Bunnies are actually spreading out their entire bodies, looking more relaxed than ever and we are even pet sitting a little dog this weekend. I am so excited they love and it makes my heart happy to see them using it more than their little hidey hole that we have a little soft cave in for them to sleep. They have used the potty on it, but it kind of gives it a little zebra print rather than looking gross. I have wiped with an envirocloth from Norwex and that really helped clean it. For the price, I am very happy. Also, they seem to be litter box training a little more now that they are sleeping on this, part of the hutch. They never use the potty upstairs of their hutch, where they have been sleeping and drinking, so I imagine they will take more care of their little home - another reason I had hoped would help in litter box training when ordering this. I will probably purchase a few more over time to place in other areas of the hutch and for when they are free roaming . We love it!
