Benches arrived via freight within the appropriate timeline and they are solid and well made. However, we received plenty of washers and nuts, but ZERO bolts (there should be 16). I've called the company, their receptionist is very friendly. It's always "let me take your number and someone will get back to you" but they never do. I've left messages on their website via the "contact us" function - none have been answered. The installation directions are horrible. It doesn't state how deep the hole should be, how much concrete should be used, etc. If you're handy, you can figure out the installation and these bolts from Amazon (https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0BPY5X5ZT/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o00_s00?ie=UTF8&th=1) are a great replacement (that I funded) for the ones that weren't shipped COF. For $593 per bench, I expected better.
