Gildan Women's Heavy Cotton T-Shirt, Style G5000L, 2-Pack

I love plain, white tees. This fabric is a nice, medium weight -- not see-through and not stiff. The length is perfect; a size medium hits my high hip (I'm 5 ft tall) but is longer than a crop. Sleeves are not too long and the shoulder construction sits well on my quite straight shoulders. I've washed them several times and there's no sagging or twisting of the fabric. Great shirt, great price.

I needed some new work shirts. I work outside as a gardener & get dirty & sweaty, so I wanted 100% cotton at a reasonable price. I did have a hard time deciding what size to order. The size guide recommended large, which is my usual size. Reviews were mixed. I ended up ordering XL because I like a loose fit for work shirts. I’m glad I did, because the shirts fit just how I like them. They’re looser & slightly boxy, & they are hip-length on me. The fabric is not as heavy as my Carhartt or Dickies shirts, but they’re not super thin either. They’re mid-weight. The sleeves are not as long as the other brands, but at least they’re not cap sleeves, which I hate. I washed the shirts in cold water, as I usually do with 100% cotton. I’m happy with the shirts & would not hesitate to order them again in other colors.

These shirts are huge. I am 5 ft 5 and slim. When shirts are true to size, I am a small. But a size Medium was recommended on this shirt, so I ordered a Medium. I would consider the Medium of this shirt to be a size Large. Just holding these shirts up to my body, they are super baggy. I did not even try them on, since they would be like wearing a night shirt on me. Decent enough quality....But knocking off a star for the sizing being so far off.

Bought these to screen print on and turns out, everyone else who was screen printing also purchased this same shirt. Great weight and ink does not go through. I'm 5'2", 125lbs, and purchased a medium; it's a loose fit, but not baggy.

True fit, there's no elasticy in the material; After taking off the labels the glue remains on the shirt The material is thick which is a plus for me, however the bottom line is the shirts are spoilt because of the glue from the sticker label. Maybe work on a using a different glue

I first discovered this brand at a craft show and was impressed by the quality, so I hunted it down for a tie-dye project my daughter and I were doing. The fabric is thick, durable, and feels like it’ll hold up for a long time.
