Maidenform Women's Seemless Thigh Slimmer Shapewear DM2550

I bought one pair a year ago for my wedding and it was amazing. Gave a nice firm control in the pooch area of the tummy and also gave a little lift in the butt. Made anything that jiggled stay in place and you couldn't see it under my wedding dress. I've worn it countless times since under my pencil skirts or contouring dresses. I always wash in the machine, but hang to dry. I did buy an additional nude pair as well as a black pair. The black was fraying inside before I even wore it, so it got returned. I tend to pull mine a little higher because otherwise it ends awkwardly at my navel ring. Due to that, the tops do roll down a little when I'm sitting if I do not have entirely proper posture. But while standing or even dancing for hours, everything is comfortable and great.

I bought these to wear with my low back wedding dress, I’ve tried 6 different pairs of shapewear and these are the winner. They are mid-waist, but could also be pulled up a little bit higher for a more high waist (I hiked them down a bit even, and that worked fine too). They’re low enough to not show in my backless wedding dress, and are firmly compressive but not strangling. The thighs don’t ride up, and the top doesn’t roll. I originally got a small and returned for a medium, because the small was a bit too tight for my preference and caused slight rolls for me at the top. My waist is 29” and hips are 36”. The material is a bit on the thicker side, not super “sheer” so keep that in mind.

NOTE: waistband WILL roll down eventually after sitting … yet it’s still the most comfortable undergarment I’ve ever worn! For proper sizing, please note I ordered size Large. I weigh 140 lbs. I’m 5’ 9” tall My waist measures: 36” My hips measure: 40” My thighs measure: 21” (each) Size Large fit me perfectly!

I wore these for shapewear under my wedding dress. These worked well the day of. I am usually a size 14 and ended up getting the x large. The large was a little too tight and I was worried that the top would roll down so I ended up getting the x large. This was perfect for the day of the wedding and I had no issues with the top or the legs rolling up or down, but as I wore them later under pencil skirts and such ,the legs began to roll up. Also they were a little long in the leg so it may show depending on your skirt length.

I bought this to go under my work clothes for added polish. I wanted to believe the good reviews that I read, & I expected to give this a higher review. However after just one wash the elastic/fabric seemed to shift or thin around the hip bones. Instead of the smooth rounded shape I expected there were these odd lumps at the bottom of the waist band on each hip, as if every ounce of body fat were being pushed out the thinned out part; and I'm a size 4! I've had several pairs of Spanx & thought I was buying something comparable. WRONG! Square hips isn't a good look for anyone. Adding to the fun, the legs crawl up & the waist slides down. Perhaps I got a bad one, but I'm not giving it a second chance.

I had a baby 3 months ago in July. My body isn't as toned as it was pre-pregnancy especially in the thigh and butt area so I was going to purchase spandex on Amazon but they had a lot of negative reviews. One of the reviewers recommended Fleexes. I love them! Not only are they less expensive than spandex, the quality is a lot better...They hold everything together and make my butt look like it use to before I was pregnant! lol going to continue wearing them until I get back into shape again. I highly recommend. After my pregnancy, I wore a lot of long shirts to cover my butt and thighs.. but with these, I feel a lot more comfortable and confident in my jeans, leggings, and dresses. I'm 5'4 and currently 138 pounds, i purchased a medium and they fit perfectly.

Okay, so I've only just tried these on and haven't worn them for a full day yet, but they fit perfectly! I read some of the other reviews and decided to order a size Small. I'm 5'4", 135ish lbs. When I took them out of the package, my first thought was "Oh, no! These look TINY! They'll never fit!" But, duh, they are SHAPE WEAR and they need to fit tight. They do not feel too tight, though, and they don't cut in too much at the waist (they hit just about right at my waistline) or where they end on the thigh. I have some others like these, but not the same brand, and I love wearing them under dresses or skirts- they just smooth everything out, and no more chub rub!

After many failures, I finally found one that worked. Waist is truly at the waist - and I like the longer leg for less chance of rolling up. I could have used a bit more compression, but overall, this one is a winner. Will be purchasing a couple more of this style.
