I grew up in Bergen county New Jersey and these things are the real deal. You could get them at carts or trucks, in NJ and NY. I live on the Southwest now. Even though these Sabbies are a bit pricy, you can't find them out here. So for me definitely worth it. FYI, if you steam them in water for about 20 minutes without bringing the water to a boil, they will be "snappy".

I have no problem with the product, the best in NY. However I ordered a three pack thru Amazon to a fulfillment co. called webgourmet and it's been 11 days and it still hasn't shipped. Amazon was very good about it and refunded me and canceled the order.

Cannot buy this natural casing hotdog in supermarket anymore. But shipping makes it way too pricey.

Better packaging. This is the 2nd order. Due to supply chain challenges, shipping is always late. But supplier wraps the dogs better with ice packs and bubble wraps. These arrived cold and safe than my last order. I'm super happy, hot dogs are great. Waiting for my red onions sauce.Hot dogs are NY cart dogs. Make sure you prepare them just the same.

If you grew up in the NYC/Northern NJ area,these are the ones that "pop" when you bite them with the casing on. Same delicious old world taste too! Unfortunately,they are $53.75 for about 24 hot dogs that come in 3 packs.(approximately one pound packages) which is expensive IMO.I bought them anyway and treated myself. According to the seller, they should not be frozen.

Too long in transport, way too over priced. Great product would not reorder from this point.

Just as I remembered them from the East Coast! Delicious 😋 and well worth the money to hear the all-to-familiar “snap” when bitten into. Packed with the one and only flavor and juiciness this doggie is known for. Will order again this blast from the past experience!
