I got this after a friend of mine showed me how she uses a crimping iron to give her super fine hair volume. I was skeptical and worried that I'd have crimped hair and look like I was back in the 80's. LOL! But her hair looks so great and smooth that I figured I'd give it a try. Since there are free returns there was nothing to lose. Oh my did it work!! My hair actually keeps the volume all day long without me having to use a ton of products. In order for me to not have the crimped hair look, I split my hair into 3 layers. I move the top 2 layers of hair out of the way and use the S-wave plate at the roots of the bottom layer of hair. I only crimp about half of the strand. I then go to the 2nd layer and do the same thing. Then I put the flat iron plate back on and straighten the top layer and the halves of the other layers that did not get crimped. Wait a minute or two for the hair to cool and then comb it out. Depending on your hair, you will most likely have to play around with it to find out what works best for you. I like that there's a range of temperatures to choose from. One thing to be aware of is the temperatures on the unit are in Celsius, not Fahrenheit. The numbers on the unit go from 160°Celsius (low)-220°Celsius (high), which correlates to 320°Fahrenheit (low)-430°Fahrenheit (high). That threw me for a loop at first. The plates are easy to put on an off. It includes a glove, which is great for when you need to change the plates in the middle of styling your hair. Just make sure you have something to put your hot plates on when you take them out of the iron, so you don't damage your countertop. I'm extremely happy with this crimping iron and the price is great too!

My hair normally thin and straight , but today I used Inkint Crimping Iron, I read how to change blade from straightening to crimp position, and wow what a difference my hair looks full. It looks like I have a lot of hair!!! The product is super easy to use. Warming up fast. It even has a glove 🧤. I love that I can change to A different size crimping Or I can straiten my hair. Very happy customer ;)

This is so easy to use and I love that it comes with a flat iron attachment as well as small, medium and large crimping attachments. Slide the cover out to slide desired plates in (make sure the align correctly before replacing back cover). They heat up quickly and have three heat settings. I used the smallest one for the picture but think for a retro 80’s look the larger ones might be better.

My hair is a little bit frizzy so it is difficult to get them under control. This straightener does exactly what it should do. I love the LED temperature display on the side so I can set different temperatures very easily with simply pressing a button. It was heated up extremely fast so it does save lots of time for taking care of my hair. The outside would stay cool. The size of the plate is so perfect that the work would be done very effectively. After several minutes, my frizzy hair became silky smooth and shiny by using this amazing straightener. Thanks to this hair straightener, I got rid of my frizz in just several minutes at home.The most amazing part is that this product having different kinds of plates with it. They are interchangeable so it is more like buying 4 different kinds of hair styles tool in one box. Without saying, I definitely get my money worth. It is incredible that I can take all of them when I am traveling. It even has comb design with the wave plate.

Back when I was a kid, I usee to crimp my hair. It was the style. A few years back crimpers made a comeback and I got one. I like it, but I'm always on the lookout for fun hair tools. Also, it's a thinner width, so it takes time to crimp my hair. I came across this one and just had to have it.You get 4 plates (3 crimping ones) for different crimping hair styles. That's what sold me. Honestly, I'll probably never use the flat plate, as I have 3 flat irons I love. LOL!The plates themselves are easy to change. The iron gets hot fast and keeps the temperature throughout the whole process, which is very important. Nothing beats the crimpers from the 80s, but this one is close.

The mechanism of switching out different plates might take a few try to get use to setting it up but once I got it going it was great. I lost a lot of hair after my pregnancy and there’s no volume in my hair at all. I was debating on each item because I didn’t know which size I should get so this set is a great deal with options. Plus it’s fun to experiment with. I use it to fluff up my hair creating volume for everyday look or it will help give structure to hair do’s. It’s a good buy so far.

Purchased for an 80s party and am pretty sure I’m just going to start crimping my hair now. Crimps clean and fast. Temperature is hot but otherwise it wouldn’t get the desired effects. Probably not healthy for your hair to use often, but again, to be expected.

I just change my old hair straightener. This one is make straight and zig zag. Also I liked that gloves it's worked very well.

Packaging was super cheap. Feels so "dollar store-ish". But..... Forgiven since the device itself doesnt feel that cheap.Zero instructions . Had a hard time figuring out how to change iron plates. Eventually figured out you pull the plastic end ( not the metal plate). Out slides the plastic cover. Then you slide out the metal plates. See picture.Product heats up very quickly. Nice that it came with a heat glove. But it would've been nice to have both sides of glove with the white grips since not everyone is right handedCrimps hair decent. And quickly. Mind you this is my first crimping iron I bought for my girls. So I really don't have any reference. But for the money, I'd say it works pretty decent. Also nice to have a straightening plate too.... Bonus .

I love this product so much. It's high quality, fast shipping and WORK VERY WELL. I couldn't find anywhere in Canada. I'm so lucky to find this on Amazon. From now on, I'm not worry about how to make my hair has volume. This hair crimper iron helps me release this problem so much. Highly recommend to everyone who likes to have the hair volume.

So far it's great, I only tried it for a few minutes and it worked nicely! The only negative which has nothing to do with the seller is, on my account for shipping it said 'handed to resident'. That was a lie. Both my husband and I were out of town, but saw on our security camera the man just dropped it on our porch and left . That was ridiculously careless.

I've only used one of the four plates so far, but it worked incredibly well; my hair was huge! The iron gets hot quite quickly, so I appreciated the glove that came with it. The only reason I gave this 4 stars instead of 5 is because it came with no directions and I couldn't figure out how to change the plates right away (it's not that obvious), so I was late getting ready.

Bought item for Xmas last year for my daughter. and it was only used twice then stopped heating up. Could not return it because it was ordered 60 days before Christmas and the company wouldn’t respond to my emails to honour its 2yrs warranty

Not the greatest quality/durability. Plates are awkward to swap out. I received a sketchy email after I received it, to always wear a heat proof glove (provided with shipment). This ia probably to cover their butts for inevitable lawsuits .

Works very well. No other hair crimper would get hot enough to do the job as I have very thick hair. Extremely easy to use. I get compliments on my hair all of the time after crimping and straightening it. I could not be happier.

It breaks hair and doesn’t heat up quickly, have to wait after turning it on. It has comb teeth which breaks hair a lot and not helpful in straightening hair.
