2012 Wideglide. Totally happy.
Work as advertised. I'm in Oklahoma and no lie, 2012 was so hot (114 real temp not heat index) one day after work that the glue melted on the wheel weights and they just fell off in the parking lot. Dealer put them back on but when it was time for a tire change decided to lose the weights too.So far no complaints. easy install by me when I replaced my front tire. Amazing to think these dinky little beads in such a small amount could work but all I can say is after tearing 6 stick on weights off of the wheel and replacing the tire she'll run as fast as I need to go so far and is smooth as silk. So perfectly balanced tire and wheel by luck or Dyna Beads? I'm betting on the beads but who cares, no more wheel weights and no hint of wobble or shake so that's what I want and have with no wheel weights and at a bargain price.

These DO work!!! I've run then in multiple bikes
I have used Dyna Beads in several of my bikes over the past few years. Makes things very easy, with NO unbalance issues throughout the tire's life. On larger back tires (if you're dark-side or just run a larger motorcycle tire) you may need a few more beads. This is what I determined with my rear tire on the Harley Ultra Limited I currently ride. I'm running Michelin Commander II tires, with a 180/65-16 on the rear. According to the Dyna Bead site, this tire is right at the top of the recommended 2-ounces of beads. I did have a lot of weights on the rear wheel, so with 2-ounces of beads, I still had a little bit of "unbalance" at 70 MPH. I added another ounce of beads and it corrected the issue.

These work, and work well.
These work, and work well.I have used these on my 2007 Road King, smooth as glass wheel balancers, at speeds up to 110mph.So I bought these for my new bike.

Awesome in my experience
Used on a new motorcycle tire. Absolutely no vibration. I know there is controversy about whether they work. Some claim, if it works, the tire didn't need balancing. I don't know that I believe that. Just because you can't explain it, doesn't mean it doesn't work. The scientific reason just may not currently be understood. My experience is the same as all the threads I have read of people who actually use them. All naysayers that I read, never used them. This isn't meant to be "proof" it works. I am just relaying my experiences. I will keep using as long as I have this experience with the beads.

Several years of use on many sets of tires; I trust them to keep my tires in balance
I've been using DynaBeads for a few years now and am impressed. No more scuffing up your rims or gumming them up with glue because of rim weights; yet the Dynabeads do an excellent job of keeping my tires in balance. And yes, I've tried them on a CBR 1000 RR, topped out at full song in 6th gear, never felt so much as a shimmer from my tires, even when leaned over hard. I trust my tires to DynaBeads.

I purchased the beads and was not impressed. The beads didn't work for me. Reading the online reviews they seem to have a 50/50 success rate. Unfortunately I was on the 50% side it didn't work for. Contacted the manufacturer spoke to Debra Ritz. I explained to her the issue. She blamed everything else but the product. She even said my mirror could be causing the 75 mph shimmy? She emailed me some official looking trouble shooting document to make me feel better. Did a traditional balance with weights and the shimmy disappeared.I do not recommend this product.

I positively recommend against this product
I am finicky about tire pressure, I check frequently. As a bicycle road rider the habit is now ingrained. I also ride a Dyna Wide Glide. I am not going to address how well they balance the tire. My issue is checking tire pressure, rear specifically. I had a Metzgler Marathon installed, and a new tube of course, on my factory wire wheel. My shop guy talked me into Dyna Beads, Now my issue begins when I check pressure with a standard pencil style gauge. The beads jamb the valve stem internally, releasing air until i blow them away with air hose. back into the tube away from the stem. In other words, I cannot check pressure without having compressed air available. Pretty ridiculous. I can"t be the only one with this issue
