Works great
These were a lifesaver when my baby was transitioning from breast milk to dairy free formula, if your baby cannot go and you’ve tried everything, this is what you need. It seems scary at first and they do not like it but they feel so much better after.

Got the poop flowing
My 2 month old was constipated for 36 hours when he normally poops more than once per day. I was a little hesitant about the product from Thailand to be placed in my baby's butt, yet it worked perfectly. I started with 25% of a segment, waited 10 minutes, then added another 25%. After holding my finger over his sphincter for about 15 minutes in total to keep the gel in, the poop came out fast with force. My boy was happy and back to pooping normally. I was impressed with the ease and effectiveness of this solution.

Work Great!
I use these for my daughter when she hasn’t had a bowel movement in over 3 days. They work FAST! Within 10 minutes usually everything comes out. She hasn’t had any bad reactions to them the few times I’ve used them. You get a lot for the price and they’re good for years. Definitely recommend and help her a lot.

This will help baby go to the bathroom
I rarely write reviews but this product really helped my 7-month-old go to the bathroom. She has been experiencing constipation for weeks now and we put off trying the suppositories until we did the pediatricians suggestions of prune juice. But the prune juice wasn’t working and we even tried a week of lactulose the doctor prescribed my baby. But none of that worked so we finally tried a suppository and it all came out within 20 minutes. My baby was so relieved and I was happy. This is definitely a good option for your little one that has been having trouble passing stools.

Fantastic
Worked in less than five minutes for our poor six month old that hadn’t had a bowel movement in 8 days.

Didn’t help
These were recommended by my pediatrician. They didn’t work for my son but the doctor said it might not. We were doing a trial and error test. I would expect under normal circumstances they probably work.

You don't have to use the entire length.
My son began suffering from constipation when he was just 8 months old. We held off on the suppository and he would only poop once a week. It was so frustrating. He was like that for another 4-5 months. I didn't know what to do, I just wanted to cry because I felt so sad for my son, so I asked my mother and she insisted on using the suppositories. She'd break these off into 2 sections and used them everyday. After 2 weeks my son began to poop normally. Now he poops sometimes twice a day. I don't have anything but good to say about that.Another positive is that they will normally poop in less than 30 mins. Sometimes after 5-10 mins. The con is when you first receive this, the size can be alarming, but you can break in half. Also, another maybe con, is that it doesn't melt right away so sometimes it causes the child to poop and the suppository isn't fully melted. Hopefully that doesn't hurt them. If you break it into 2 halves, you will have to shape the tip of the other half. You don't want to insert that into your baby with jagged edges. Lastly, it can be challenging if your baby struggles and cries. Just be patient. You might have to distract them with some cartoon or toy.

Not wrapped as description says
It says each suppository comes individually packaged in foil, but they all came unwrapped in a plastic bottle.
