Green Day: The Ultimate Unauthorized History Hardcover – December 16, 2012

I've read them all, and I must say that this biography is the most in depth Green Day book of its kind. Loads of great quotes from all the guys, especially Billie Joe. I feel like I know him so well now. The author obviously spent alot of time with them. Lots of juicy details about the music and lives of a great band. The author speaks about the clothes, the language, the instruments, the loves, the gigs, even the makeup! The boys' stellar history is also portrayed in great style, from Sweet Children and onwards. Plenty of super rare photos you won't see elsewhere. If you like Green Day, you're truly gonna love this book!

This is my son's favorite band, and I scored big time points when I bought this for him. I have to admit, Billie Joe is awfully cute, and I really dig the music.

This is a nice looking book with plenty of pictures but there isn't much substance here. A lot of filler.

My nephew, a Green Day fan, enjoyed this book very much. Not found in book store around here.
