It is compatible with 2006 Ford Expedition. Solid quality like OEM filter. Reasonably priced too. Vehicle runs good. No more hesitation or rough idle which could have been due to restriction in the fuel filter.

My only complaint is the safety clips don’t work on my particular model. 2006 F-150 5.4L. I had to alter the safety clips a bit so they would snap in place.

While the filter was an exact fit to my 2008 Grand Marquis, but the clips were just wrong. One side needs the release tool (which I made from a marker cap), the other side has a slide-in clip but the one in the box did not fit. Clips get brittle with age, and as careful as I was it just snapped when removing it. The kicker is that new clips cost more than the filter! In short, this is NOT an exact fit to my car as the website says. The next time I go with the OEM version is made of stainless steel but did not come with the clip. Since I have to buy the clip separately anyway, I'll get the better filter.

I put off replacing the fuel filter for too long. 2001 f150 5.4l. Easy to replace and seems to work great.

I am very impressed with quality vs price. Purchased April 12th, 2024, used April 13th, 2024, mileage: 409,xxx. Today is May 19th, 2025, mileage: 425,566. I am going to replace it on my 2005 f150 4.6L as I am getting lean codes and running rich at idle.
