Incredibly Gentle
I am so impressed with this product. I have used the standard Dial Gold plus Aquaphor method on my tattoos for years and I wish I knew better. I tried H2Ocean on my recent addition and it is so much more gentle, scentless, skin calming, and I am pretty sure my tattoo is actually healing faster.

Worked great for a tattoo.
I bought the H2Ocean foaming soap at the advice of a friend, to care for a new tattoo. I used it for a week, and it worked great, with no irritation and no mess. Since it's useful for some types of wounds as well, I got the larger size to keep around just in case.

Brilliant!
I love this stuff. It’s incredible for cleaning your new tattoos & doesn’t dry them out like traditional soap. It looks like there’s not a lot of soap in there but it foams well & a little goes a long way. Just put a little into your hand & gently massage it into your tattoo. It moisturizes so nicely & relieves a lot of the soreness. It feels great. I apply a very thin layer of tattoo goo over my tattoos after I apply this & it’s a winning combo. Use this instead of traditional soap, you’ll thank yourself!

Oops, not for piercings! Still a good product though
I bought this while looking for foam soap for my new ear piercings. I got this accidentally instead of the piercing-specific version of H2Ocean's foam soap. That said -- it did a good job of keeping my ears clean though! The foam helped clean all the nooks & crannies without making as much of a wasteful mess as the cleaning sprays do. However, I stopped using after a few days because it really dried my ears out and made the piercings itchy. Not sure if it actually helps moisturize tattoos, but it definitely had the opposite effect for my piercings. I guess that's to be expected though, since there are additives in here that aren't meant for piercings. So I wouldn't recommend it for piercings, but on the whole I did find it was a good value, and a great cleaning agent, and less wasteful than piercing cleaning sprays.

Works great on new tattoos!
Bought this for a new tattoo I had gotten. Loved this stuff. Easy to use, no irritation and cleaned up my tattoo nicely. I recommend this product and will use it again if/when I get another tattoo.

After one use my new tattoo was much softer and more moisturized then with Aquaphor!
My fiancée had gotten this years ago for his one tattoo and loved it. When we got our matching tattoos yesterday(April5,2024) I checked Amazon and found the product and he didn’t even remember the name of it till I read it from the search results. Upon receiving it today; after my first application all the spots of my tattoo which were rough, bumpy, felt like they were starting to scab so to speak; became smooth, felt moisturized yet several hours later, and clothing was less irritating to it afterwards!! The far left areas of the purple and blue symbols were very rough and looked like there was a scab under the color until I applied the foam the first time about 5 hours ago, I have not applied anything since then and it isn’t dry or anything. My fiancée is diabetic and has trouble healing sometimes after tattoos and the tattoo he used this on previously was the only one which healed without becoming infected. He was already beginning to show signs of a possible infection with our matching tattoos. But after the first application of this on his new tattoo, it’s felt much more moisturized and looks less rough, abrasive, or bumpy!! I’ll update the review upon the completion of the healing process as well.

Miracle in a bottle.
I've used this soap to heal two very large tattoos. This soap will always be my soap for my tattoos. It's gentle and does not aggravate my sensitive skin ( I have eczema ). It feels soothing on a new tattoo and does not dry out your skin like dial hand soap (usually recommended for tattoos). My tattoos healed and flaked very quickly while using this soap. Here's a reason why I will always use this soap: In my sleep, I accidentally scratched a part of my tattoo. I woke up and saw that the scratch was oozing a greenish puss and scabbing. I was the scratch and tattoo 4 times a day with this soap and the scratch healed in four days and I had no loss of ink! This soap does wonders for healing wounds. Buy it. These small bottles go fast, though. I recommend also buying the 6 oz bottle and refilling this little bottle every time you run low. If you have a big piece, this bottle won't last through your healing process.

Worked alright but arrived damaged
Arrived with a small crack in the side. Didn’t notice until I had already opened and used most of the product. Apart from that, the product is pretty good. Kept my tat clean without much hassle and it healed up well so I can’t really complain. Photos show fresh vs 2 yr healed
