These shoes look really nice!The wood like heel and double buckle strap looks really sharp. The shoe is surprisingly very comfortable for a dress shoe. They look great as casual or formal.The shoes do run a little large and wide even though they dont look like it even in person. I am usually a size 9.5 and for this pair 9 fit better but still a little wide, I made the strap a little tighter and that seemed to help the fit.The down side is they are all man made meaning they are not made of leather material. I don't know how well is will last but so far its been holding up great. The top part does crease with your foot but with shoe trees they seem to be fine.

 The Faranzi Single Monk Strap shoe is $45.99 on Amazon (as of 3/21/19). I bought these (Size 11) for an upcoming wedding I must officiate.I was extremely pleased with these shoes. I really expected a very sloppy fit, but the Faranzi Monk Strap actually fits reasonably well. There is plenty of room in the toe box and the length and room for the toes (the shoe narrows quickly past the ball of the foot) is very good. The only “loose” part is the heel cup. I may eventually get some “tongue pads” which adhere via adhesive underneath the tongue of the shoe—these then push your foot back into the heel cup so the heel doesn’t feel as loose; sometimes is clears the problem up entirely.The material is a soft, man-made material (think vinyl) and the sole is man-made as well. The heel is described as being 14cm high (3/4” to 7/8” depending on where you’re used to measuring the heel). The sole is flexible and the grooving on the ball of the foot keeps the shoe from being slick on carpeting. Once the shoe is scuffed up on hard surfaces, this concern will go away.There are three adjustment holes in order to adjust the Monk strap. The buckle is attached to the shoe via elastic. There is plenty of “give” while walking and I noticed no “heel slap” or pinching across the foot.For the money, these are actually excellent shoes. The price makes them very affordable. My choice was to rent shoes for $30.00+ dollars (and who knows who’s been in them) or get my own for $45.99.I got my own.You should too!

After my husband first tried on these shoes he noticed they made a squeaky sound that he thought would bother him all day; however, within the first couple hours the squeak went away and the only sound the shoes made was a slight jingle from the buckles. He says they are quite comfortable but—as with many new shoes that need to be broken in—after the second day I developed a blister on the back of one of my heels. He has received many compliments throughout the day how fashionable they were with multiple coworkers commenting, “What’s the occasion for the fancy shoes?” They were very easy to buckle (vs. tie) which he was concerned about because his fingers are so big; however, there is elastic as part of the strap which made it easy. The material felt of good quality and the shoe is very light. It holds a really great shine, and didn’t crease on the toe as some dress shoes do.

Product arrived in a plastic bag by Amazon. Both shoes arrive in a white and plain shoe box. Upon opening, both shoes are inside of a separate cloth like covering to protect them. How neat!! Shoes are pretty comfortable, but still new. No laces, so that helps with time in the morning! Classy and round toe office work shoes! Size 12 US men’s shoes and perfect fit!!Uploaded some pictures as well.

Give them a bit of time to get the smell out; these aren't super-high-end shoes so I expect the chemical dyes and the like used for staining are the odor that'll greet you when you open the box. But that's normal for decent shoes over Amazon.Pro: more-or-less true to size, perhaps a bit bigger than you might like but not much so. Straps in well so shouldn't be a problem for you walking.Con: as with many shoes the inserts are hard to remove, which if you like to wear your own insoles you're SOL if you want the shoe to stay on your foot/not have the heel pop when you walk. Minor inconvenience.

I needed an additional set of nice, black dress shoes. I don't wear slacks very often, but when I do, it's important to have a pair of shoes to go with them. I normally wear size 12-13. So I decided to go with the 13 when I placed my order - that was the right choice! These tend to run a tiny bit small so a 12 would have been too small. These shoes allow you to enjoy a classy style without breaking the bank. Because of this, I'm considering ordering another pair of the same style but in a different color. I also like these because they have a rubber sole. They do not slip and slide like some dress shoes. For as little as I wear dress shoes, I think these will last for quite some time. I am quite pleased with my purchase.

I have wider than normal feet, so I should have known that I needed either a bigger size or a wider shoe. I had hoped that the elastic would be enough to stretch it out a little, but it's just a hair too small for me. If you have regular width feet, it should fit you just fine, its a very well fitted shoe overall, I just have fatter feet than normal. I'm gonna order another pair of the same design, maybe one size larger and see how that goes. My stepson has huge boats for feet at his age, so they fit him just fine and he's usually around an 11-12 in most shoes. Definitely a beautiful shoe, just wish that I had a foot that fit more of these styles.

Overall this is a quality dress shoe, the style and appearance is fantastic. The shoe does fit a little small, recommend going a half to full size larger than usual.The comfort of this shoe feels a bit off when you first put them on, takes about a day to break them in and then it feels pretty good. Not the best comfort wise for being on your feet for a full day but is comfortable being seated all day.They have a slight squeak to them when you take a step that seems to be less noticeable the more I am wearing them.Its easy to see the quality in this shoe and is a solid choice at this price.
