exact replacement for original controller.
dropped the original controller and the case shattered completely.Couldn't get a replacement from the original installers.this is exactly the same as the original and works great.

Remote Works Great but.....
The remote works exactly as it should, but when I inquired about a user manual, I was told to follow directions on the back of the remote. Those directions are fine for linking the new remote to my AC Unit, but does nothing to tell me what all the different buttons on the remote do. Customer service not helpful at all.

I bought this not being at all sure that it would work, but it certainly seems to do so.
