I love these socks. The compression is better than another brand that I purchased. I bought the black and pink socks. I'm not a fan of pink, so the only thing that I would change is making the socks black and purple (my favorite colors).I wear compression socks because I have a bone spur atop my left foot. Within a couple days, the pain in my foot has gone away and the swelling has gone down significantly.

I love it in comparison with other high tech apparels: the fabric feels high quality, pleasant and energizing. I had a fall that hurts my right ankle so I started with TechWare Pro ankle brace compression socks. They worked their wonder. They are right/left foot specific and fairly tight but not too hard to put on. However they are 3x more in $. I gave it a good review and bought second pair. As my ankle is getting fully recovered I was looking for something less expensive with good enough support. Here came Physix. I did try the long one first and I liked the fabric and everything except it is not as easy as the ankle/low cut socks to put on. I also bought SB Sox for my wife but I prefer Physix fabric. Finally, Physix low cut came to my attention. I had them on for a few weeks everyday mostly during workout. It is perfect. I used to have numb big toe and now it is gone ( I am pre-diebetic). No doubt Techware socks did initial heavy lifting. Physix continued the support and easier to put on. Their fabric immediately energize my feet even though it is not as tight. To be fair, New Balance 880 running shoes fit at their store is the primary help. I used to go with cheapest footwear so obviously feel very guilty with current combination. But it works and save on doctor's visit and medicine or physical therapy. My feet have been ugly fat as long as I can remember but with these high tech socks they look slim and better than I was young. Obviously diet and exercise is part of it.

These socks feel great. I've been wearing them with everything: spinning shoes, running shoes, booties and flats. The support is the same in each shoe. It actually seems to help my knee pain issues and I can tell a distinct difference when I give them a break and wear other exercise socks. There is a little extra room in the toe area but that doesn't alter the fit in "any" of the footwear that I have been wearing. I am a 6.5 shoe and 7.5 sneaker and I got a size S/M. I ordered L/XL for my husband who wears a size 11 shoe. *Update for most recent purchase 11/20/22 After a while, one of the seams unraveled in the heel cup of the size s/m. I wrote to the company bring it to their attention, and not only did they respond immediately, but they are sending out another pair free of charge. This kind of customer service is rare these days. I appreciate this company. Update: It is now January 2023, and I've not received the replacement pair yet. Hopefully they keep their word.Update: It's June 2023, and I have yet to receive the replacement pair. Meanwhile, I have had to "darn" most of the pairs that I have for separation at the end of the heel cup. As much as I like the socks, I can't continue to spend my money on something I know is going to come apart after normal wear and tear. This seems to only be happening to the size S/M as my husband wears L/XL and he has not had this problem with any of his.

Excellent structure and durability the way it feels on your foot a beautiful feeling completely different from a regular pair of socks

If you truly have swelling and inflammation issues that causes pain in your feet I would recommend the knee highs over these. These socks provide adequate compression, but I was expecting more.I tried them out walking for long distances, and for walking the compression is good. My feet didn’t swell too much and thus didn’t hurt after several hours. With shorts this crew style is preferrable than knee highs. However, when working out with rigorous jumping and aerobics i wanted something that would alleviate even 1/4 of the pain caused by inflammation while not being knee highs. I was disappointed when 5 minutes into a cycling class my feet started to hurt like normal. No difference.Plus the toe seam is bulky and if I tie my shoes tight the way I need to when working out, it starts rubbing and is a little uncomfortable in the toes...I have another brand of the same rated compression knee highs that have a toe seam that I don’t feel and it feels like walking on air compared to these! So look for better ones and get knee highs if you are getting them for medical reasons.Finally I got Sm/Medium for womens size 9N. It is a little too long and the heel and toe areas can bunch up. It’s not too noticeable, but I think that might play a part in the seam bothering my toe area.The material is a bit rough for my liking too. It took some getting used to. The odor prevention is ok. The other brand that are knee highs, the material is much better. I worked out in those, and there was no hot foot odor. after a workout in these I will say my feet did stay dry, but there was a slight odor to them. For walking or being on my feet a lot these socks are better than wearing regular socks. But for workouts and gym work which is ideally where I wanted to use these, I am disappointed in the overall feel, smell and effectiveness of the compression.

This ankle compression running socks really works. I can now walk/jog a lot longer without pain and/or swelling. I will definitely purchase more of these.
