I use these for two different men whom I care for and they work great! One of the best pull-ups around. The lining does not tear and make messes the way some other brands do. The elastic works well and is a good, comfortable fit. We buy two to three cases of these every month! They are not designed to catch fecal incontinence, so if you are dealing with loose stools, get a special insert with an elastic boat shape to catch and hold the mess. Those will fit into these and work wonders. For heavy wetting, you may want to add a regular insert to these as well, but these are the best pull ups I know of for the value.

Larger pad prevents most leaks. easy to use. Doesn't stain skin or leave rashes. Best brand so far.

I use these to give my elderly relative an extra layer of protection with her other incontinence products. I think they are too thin to use alone.

Terrible experience with this brand of underwear. I purchased them for my Father. The outside liner wears thin and the stuffing falls out. They do not hold much wetness. The size is not accurate. I called the customer service number for assistance and to report the problem. The after hours phone service was short, rude, told me that someone would call back on Monday. Nobody called. One week later I called again to let them know of the poor quality and again I was greeted by a short, rude "customer service" representative. I will not be using this brand any more, switching to Depends. This product is not reliable and the company does not assist or back up the customer when the product fails. Deeply disappointed, but $80 later, I have learned my lesson.

I used this Attends product 24/7 for over two years and was quite satisfied with its performance and price. I took advantage of Amazon regular delivery for convenience and price break. Unfortunately, three deliveries ago I found a distinct decline in quality. Seat fit and leg fit are looser, the padding wads and crumples while still dry, the fabric is thinner (noticeable, but not a problem), and there is less bulk and absorbency to the padding. The new version leaks. I am unable to count on it for reasonable protection. I am cancelling the delivery program and will be searching for a new brand.

If I don't soil it I use it a second day. Just be sure you snug it up and smooth out the waste band to avoid red spots on your body.

The absorbancy level is abysmal; these are paper thin. Combined with such a poor fit, they are essentially useless.
