My absolute favourite peppermint tea
I have tried many brands, and think this is the best. There is no bitterness, the peppermint flavour is fresh and sweet, and so tasty. They are also good value on strength. You can dunk a bag in a cup but that's a bit wasteful IMO. I recommend making a full pot to enjoy the full brewed flavour. 2 bags is sufficient for a large teapot, and makes 3 full mugs.Amazon also sells this product in a stupidly large quantity (1000 bags) that would take me about 18 months to get through! When it's available on Subscribe and Save as 6 boxes of 20 bags it's great value, not too much to store, and you will use them up while they are fresh.

Lovely cup of minty tea
I have tried several peppermint teas and by several I mean 10 to 15 of them. I found with all of them that the flavour just wasn't strong enough no matter how long you left the bag in the cup of water and the flavour tasted artificial. With Ridgways it was a completely different experience. I pour the water on leave for around 3 to 4 mins add a 1/4 teaspoon of sugar and the results are a lovely fresh minty with no nasty aftertaste. I'm hooked on them. This is the cheapest I have been able to find anywhere.

Worth the extra money!!!!
Found it in a coffee shop in Newcastle and must say it’s one of the best peppermint teas we have had. Found it on Amazon a little more expensive than the normal peppermint teas but worth the extra money for the taste!!!!

Weak and bland-tasting mint tea. Cannot understand the favourable reviews!
One star!! Bought this Ridgways Pure Peppermint tea after reading the glowing reviews here. What a disappointment! You can barely taste the mint. It is NOT strong mint as other's have suggested. It's very, very weak mint tea. Expiry date on boxes Sept 2024, so this is not the issue. Just poor quality tea!

in my opinion this is the best tasting tea on the market , individually wrapped , keeps fresh , ideal for travelling
