Where do I find instructions?

Mine didn’t come with instructions either. I hope you find this answer helpful! What I did was held onto the loose foam area away from the sides. They popped out after I had it 3/4 of the way out. To put in the replacements, align the plastic edges and slowly snap them in while gently squeezing the edges towards the middle and align the edges into the grooves of the earpiece.

Any way I can get them in red?

Don't know but I very much doubt it; if it's not on the site then they're not available.

Soft & Functioning

Pretty good quality for the price. Really soft ear pads, good fit. Comfortable. Correct size for my headset. Works well and aids in noise cancelling as well as my worn out old pair. I can’t say for sure if they work as well as the original because it’s been so long since mine were new.My only real complaint is the L and R internal cover pads are printed upside down? I swapped them out one at a time so I replaced my old L with the new L and the old R with the new R and these (pictured) are clearly upside down. And the pre-stuck sticky pad part makes it so you can’t install them upright correctly. Really just an issue visually and does not affect actual wear, but it does bother me.
