Resistance Bands (Set of 5) Exercise Bands for Stretching Physical Therapy and Discs Core Sliders (Set of 2) Dual-Sided Design Work Smoothly on Any Surface Ab Workout Discs

I got these for doing with the 80 Day Obsession program. They have been pretty good for doing those workouts. Because they are the larger 12" size (I believe they are only using 9" ones on the workouts), I have not really used the 2 lightest colored bands at all. I have only used middle heavy, and extra heavy, since the others are super loose and don't really do much for me. But I love the resistance in the heavier bands.I am not a super big fan of the sliders. I wish they had some kind of lip edge around them, because it seems like my feet are going to slip off a lot of the time. I am on carpet, so I am using the smooth side, but it's almost too slippery and hard to control at times. Perhaps I just need more practice with them. But the quality seems pretty good. I feel like I wouldn't quite rate these a 4, but 3 seemed too low. Maybe a 3.75.

I purchased these to use with the 80 Day Obsession program. So worth it for the money instead of purchasing through beachbody. It even came with a measuring tape which I needed to track results throughout the program.

Purchased this for a workout program. The product comes with a small black back you can use for storing and carrying gliders and loops which is very convenient. The loops are high quality and provide a range of resistace from light to extra heavy, which is great to progressively increase resistance as you get stronger. The sliders have a side for carpeted surfaces and one for hardwood / more slipper surfaces. I have been using these for 3 weeks on a daily basis and they show no rips and minimal stretching on the loops.

Everything is in good condition. I like having 5 different resistance levels. I use the slides and bands for the Beachbody "80 day obsession" workout. The colors, don't match what they have on the video, but I get the same workout. 2 sides to the slides make it useful for either hard floor or carpet. I also like that the products all came in their own bag to store in when not in use.

This band stretches like a rubber band, the resistance isn't strong enough for me. Its not what I wanted. I was looking for the Green PT band with the loops but not stretchy. I know it's pink but I wanted it stand out from all the green ones at my rehab.The resistance bands are useful. Not bad for the price.

These are not resistance bands as it states in the title description. These are loops.This limits you to what exercises you can do.For example, with a resistance band you can place it under your foot/feet and pull up in different directions with your arms. This is not possible with these loops. They are very short.I don’t recommend these.Very disappointed.

Very good quality. Easy to read marking on the bands makes grabbing the right resistance easy. Sliders work great. Wow your abs will ache. Great price for the set. Use them daily very durable.

The bands are thick and strong, really good quality but they tend to roll up when exercising and can start to pinch and be painful. I like The carrying case the bands and sliders came in made it easier to carry and kept it all together.
