Thornell KOE-P K.O.E Kennel Odor Eliminator Concentrate

I don't usually write reviews, but this is the best stuff ever. We have 3 bulldogs, a concrete dog run, and live in the hot desert. The urine smell gets pretty strong when the sun is beaming, and we have tried everything to get rid of it. I finally found this product, and it is the ONLY one that works. After this is sprayed, the smell is completely gone, even on the hottest days. The only thing you can smell is the clean clove scent from this product. I definitely recommend it!!

I use KOE to wash the dog bedding, clean my area rugs, AND use it in combination with a bit of white vinegar and water to clean the kennel cage. I also lightly spritz it on the area rugs overnight and wake up to a fresh scent--no dog smell. Folks come over and love the "home fragrance spray" and ask for the name of the plug in LOL. I have shared KOE with family and friends who also are dog owners and they are now customers.

My roommate commented that it works well for our covered courtyard despite the dogs eliminating there daily. I spray it morning and night when I remember, or if I see them go I will spray that area immediately. I also use it to mop. I do hope it is nontoxic as it claims, as my pup has eaten random stuff of the ground where I have sprayed. What I wish was better would be if they had enzymes to prevent repeat marking. That is the main thing it lacks. For smell it is fine and does work though that seems to be the only function. it does not say it disinfects, so you would need to get something else for that, as well as something else with enzymes for repeat marking. I also have a separate spray for cleaning soiled messes as this doesn’t do that either. If you are a pet sitter you will need to disinfect. If a dog has accidents you’ll need a diff cleaner. So you will still need several other sprays with different functions but it would be nice if this included those functions.

Where to begin? Well, I have 2 rescue dogs, 2 rescue cats & 1 house rabbit! It is “Animal House”!! But the main issue has always been my older rescue Jackpot, who from day one consistently marked inside. He still to this day uses the cats litter boxes. I also have a cat, LouLou, who has seizure disorder. Like clockwork once a month she seizes on a full moon. With these smells you can imagine that I have attempted to keep in top of this. My nose is very sensitive and nothing bothers me more than walking into someones home and smelling cat urine.After, I receive this product I diluted it per the instructions and immediately begin to spray where I knew the dog had marked. In these areas, I had previously carpet cleaned and used other cleaners. This cleaner does have a very strong clove sent. So, if you do not like that fragrance this is not the product for you. I also did purchase a similar product by this company called cat order off which is premixed which is titled cat order a fresh scent formula which is similar. This product has worked extremely well to get out old smells from my basement. I will re-purchase. I am also finding that the dogs are walking away from areas that they have remarked. I have a 25x15 fake grass potty area that's about 1 year old.. I've tried everything the past few months to get the urine smell to go away. I scoop poop daily & was washing every other day during middle of summer to try and get the urine smell down. Lots we're covering the smell for a few days/week but nothing quite removed the smell.I was about to give up and rip up the fake grass.This actually worked amazing and I didn't have to use all of it in one wash to get it to work.I love how easy the fake grass is to clean (poop) but urine sinks and this is removing that smell completely.I'm still on my first bottle! A little goes a long way and it actually smells nice.

Wow when you use this stuff every time I wash down dog pen area. With Concrete patio blocks. I have a 4 gallon backpack sprayer. I sprayed the whole floor and outside surrounding area back 2 feet after my normal routine and Wow what a difference. After spraying it on the smell was gone and stayed gone. But you need to do it weekly as the dogs are constantly peeing. Lol

Don't bring this package in from outside and set it on the counter. It will stink up your whole house - like cloves. Don't get me wrong, that doesn't mean you shouldn't use the product. I'm just saying you might want to store this highly concentrated a bottle outside. So far it seems to have helped, but not a hundred percent. I'm on the second dose of treating a house I bought that has a patio that reaks of dog pee.

This stuff is amazing. I have an 18 year old dog who pees on the floor every single night. It used to be quite a production to wipe it up with paper towels and then pour enzyme formula on top and wipe that up too. And the smell just never really went away. Then I discovered this product! My sister raved about it and I was skeptical. But it is incredible. I now use a twist mop and a bucket with a few inches of hot water with a small amount of this product added to it. I can then directly wipe up the mess and pour the water down the toilet. No more wasted paper towels! And it's also easy. And the smell is completely eliminated. Don't make the mistake of using too much. It won't hurt but you only need the smallest amount in the water. Great product
