Superb quality chair, personally not keen on the lumbar cushion but my partner likes it, the chair is quite firm but comfy (I suppose that's down to personal preference) only had it a couple of days but using it as an office chair for work as well as for gaming and haven't had the usual back/neck pain from other chairs I've owned even using it 10 - 12 hrs a day. it reclines as well as the back being adjustable so you should easily find a position that suits you. The arms can also be widened to give roughly another inch of width but it is very roomy anyway. Gas lift height adjustable as well. Actually really easy to assemble but the instructions are a little misleading in places can be done by 1 person but easier with 2.All in all a very solid good quality chair for a reasonable price would highly recommend!

Initially was a bit bit hesitant due to quality of the product as looked like a chinese product and due to some of the previous negative reviews however I have had this chair now for almost 9months and still in very good shape, it is comfortable and supports your back and beck which is very good if you work longer hours working from home or play games as you need to rest your back and neck every few hours, I find it comfortable obviously for working and gaming as there are different levels where you can adjust the height of the chair and tilt of the back depending on your position and chair works fine in all of the positions, obviously not going to be comfortable if you try and sleep on it as not made for that purpose, easy to assemble but just make sure follow the instructions that come with the product which helped me a lot, I weigh normally between 75-90kg depending on whether I am trying to cut weight or eating everything but would consider myself average perosn and find it comfortable however if you are very big and overweight not sure how the chair will work for you but it is quite sturdy so hopefully shoukd be OK and feel would be OK for guys way heavier than me, overall good product and good value for money

Bought for my observatory where the recline feature will be useful for sleeping during long photography sessions. It had the least negative comments and the arms are adjustable. It came well packed and protected and was undamaged. It is relatively easy to assemble for one except lowering the assembled seat onto the base where locating the hole is difficult. The instructions are brief but give you the order of assembly. The photos (black covers against a black seat were only really difficult with the side covers. Be aware that these are different as they have to go over different depth boxes.Two things to say, I am only 5' 8" and I crushed two vertebrae in my youth. Everyone has different needs. This seat feels much more rugged than I expected for the price (and look). In particular the leg support feels quite solid. However I have just received it so time will tell. All stitching seems good. The seat back has quite thin padding but it is not meant to be a bed. This may also make it more durable. I require the lumber pad for lower back support due to my old injury and it provides that. Without it I would be in pain quite quickly. Again without the head pad it would be hard but with it it is comfortable. The area between is fine. The seat is well padded, quite long enough and the angle can be adjusted to alter thigh support. It is also comfortable in width. The height is good for a desk but that is at the top of its adjustment so someone shorter might struggle. The arms are not padded but I don't want them to be. They are made of a soft feeling plastic and shaped well. I can adjust them to a comfortable height for me. If anything they are set a little wide but not enough for me to object. They do have a bit of sideways adjustment available.The reasons for 4 stars for each aspect and 5 stars for overall is that it is not the most supportive seat I have come across and the instructions are flawed but for the price I think it is excellent value for money.All in all this seems a comfortable and solidly made chair. Depending on how it stands up to use I can thoroughly recommend it.

The chair is excellent and my grandson loves it. I did have significant problems with the order and delivery (DPD) but the customer services department went above and beyond to solve the problem. The packaging in the first delivery was damaged and very wet causing the chair to be soaked. When I contacted customer services they arranged for new one to be sent - it arrived two days later. Unfortunately it too was wet and one part was rusty. I fear the warehouse storage was the issue. My husband was able to put together one complete chair and, again, customer services reacted promptly offering yet another delivery if we wished. When we had resolved the problem Hbada arranged for the damaged chair to be collected. The customer services department responded quickly to each of my messages and have been most generous in providing recompense for the problems. I do believe the company did everything in their power to resolve my issues and I am especially grateful for their prompt responses which meant I had the chair ready for my grandson's christmas. The chair itself is well built and very comfortable - I am reliably informed by my grandson. Thank you again Hbada and I hope you have an excellent 2022.
