So i brought these and for £18.99 i must of been desperate to "detox" or get all the bad toxins that we put in our body out, believe me Ive done my fair share of bad toxin inputting.I put the pads on but i rub my feet together in the night apparently so i had to reattach them with plasters. But they do have enough adhesion if you dont move alot.I put them on and within 5 mins i could feel them working.... my feet were tingling ever so slightly and it was like i could feel everything being forced down to my feet, and i have never felt a sense of CALM like it.It was the first time in months i have gone to bed without feeling sick.Now i hate anything to do with feet GROSS!. But the pictures above show you how well these work and i like to know what i am buying so sorry for the TMI.I have read alot about the black just being sweaty feet and alot of people are sceptical about it but im not being funny i couldn't tell you how well i slept and how calm i felt so something is working. Right?!!Anyway they're really good and i would highly recommend!. 10/10.

Loved how this works whilst you sleep, doesnt ease the pain much but definitely a bit better, the toxins that come out makes you think though!!

Have had other makes of these that are much better. These didn't smell as strongly as others I have tried and they didn't produce the same effect. They weren't horrific but just not as good as others ....I guess you get what you pay for :)

Day 1, i was impressed. I wore socks to bed even though my feet don't even get hot as saw some reviews to say they slip off. Next morning yes the smell was strong of wood and a small black residue on my feet. Day 2, no socks. I woke up in the middle of the night, one patch was off completely the other hanging off. So didn't work at all as still in same condition as when i put them on. Day 3 socks back on same result then i looked into the benefits etc. I bought these patches because i have had some sessions of detox bath for my feet and as they were expensive each session, i purchased this kit for my own use. I then looked up two independent Doctors who said there is no evidence at all to say Detox works on the feet. I then thought about it and of course i would get some small black residue on my feet in the morning as the patch itself is black in co lour. As it was described as Lavender and purple box at first look on day 1 i thought the black was the toxins but in fact it's the same colour that is already in the patches. And reading ingredients on box it would explain the "wood" smell.Further discussions from these two independent Doctors said when you have a foot bath. the colour of the water will depend on the water in your area. Water where i live now is very hard water and full of calcium. So my conclusion is i'm not ruling it out completely but am not 100% convinced it does what it says on the box. For the cost also and cost of shipping i personally will not be purchasing this again. I have completed course and feel no different

Have been aware of this supposed method of detox for a number of years, but have never tried it before now. After conducting some impartial research on the subject, I decided to at least inspect the pads first hand and their claims concerning detoxification.The simple answers to "are they worth it" and "do they work", is no. Dermatologist's Joshua Zeichner MD, and Gervaise Gerstner MD, as well as Richard Firshein, an expert in integrative and precision-based medicine, conducted research into the claims made by various company's about the detox pads, and found no medical or scientific evidence to suggest that they remove toxins from your body. The only thing that the pads absorb is sweat during the night, my hypothesis is, that because the instructions ask you to apply the pads for at least 8hrs, it gives the pad enough time to absorb enough sweat during the night to produce the dark staining visible in the morning. I conducted a simple home experiment myself, by applying the pads as instructed overnight on my feet, and also placing a fresh pad over a cup of hot water, allowing the steam to soak into the pad, both had the same results.The cold hard truth is that a change in diet and living a healthy lifestyle are the best ways to detox and maintain a healthy body. You can include either fasting or semi fasting to aid detox, but speak to a doctor or medical practitioner before doing this for safety reasons. I also find nettle and peppermint tea helps to cleanse the body, this could also just be a placebo effect, but it's much cheaper and naturally good for the body.In summary, save your money, although if you still insist on miracle cures, I have a piece of magic string that you may find useful, for a very reasonable price, no returns, no refunds, cannot be held accountable for either user error or misuse, faith required to work.**Update** 16/6/21.**Several weeks have passed since posting my review and my own personal experience with this product. Apply over night and the pad becomes darker drawing out toxins from the body. When l used these for 3 days they become very dark. However for me it caused dermatitis and l had to stop using the product with very itchy peeling skin on my feet.
