I used this for my first birthing class and it was SO HELPFUL for the class of course but solely on its own! Let me tell you why- It come with everything listed and all products are made of high quality material. It also comes with a whole poster that walks you through every single stretch you can do while pregnant!! And what’s more they give you cute little “I’m gonna be a mommy!” Socks for your labor- so kind!! I can’t say anything back about this product. It’s so durable, because it’s so think it won’t pop on your like a regular yoga ball will. Also, it’s easy to inflate, and reduces all my back pain to essentially nothing! I use it every day and replaced my chair with it, while I’m watching TV and everyday for my yoga routines! My older sister even uses it to correct her posture and loves it for leg lifts exercises because it heavier but not too big.Over all, If your pregnant you need a ball! So this ball has been a game changer, being 26 weeks pregnant with pelvis and hip issues a very common issue for us pregnant women, researching what can ease the pain and running into this ball and it actually works wow, like this has actually made life alot easier, wish I would have found sooner, it relieves my pain almost instantly, I spend about 10 minutes at time and use about 4 times a day or when needed it really works. The ball is very very durable I feel safe on it , it was fairly easy to air up, it took us about 10 minutes. I also love the addition of the bottle which I tested and mine work perfectly it didn't leak!!!! Helpful for exercising before birth. Come with a spray bottle and air pump.

very nice birthing set with ball, instructions, socks, and a peri bottle. Socks are nice with non slip bottoms in case you use it on hardfloors. the peri bottle is very nice and great to use after birth and beyond. The ball is very nice I am a plus size woman and was pleased that it didn't break or anything when I used and I used a lot and plan to use now as an exercise ball. Only issue is the pump it goes with sucks. I don't know how anyone can use it as it takes forever and I mean forever to blow up if you use it. I gave up and luckily had a blower from an air mattress so I used that which was a lot faster and easier. Overall, Great set great value, pump sucks but ball is very nice and plus size friendly.

This is a great birth ball to have at the end of your pregnancy. I love that it comes with a yoga belt, peri bottle, and socks. I'm 5'6" and currently 170 lbs at 39 weeks pregnant. At first I ordered a medium ball since that was the recommended size. But after blowing it up, waiting a few days for it to stretch, and adding more air, the ball was still too small. My hips were not higher than my knees when I sat on it.I ended up returning the medium and ordering a large ball instead. The large did take longer to blow up with the foot pump, but it is much more comfortable for me to sit on. I work from home and it's replaced my desk chair these last few weeks of pregnancy!If you're on the taller end of the recommended height for the medium ball and are debating between medium and large, I'd suggest getting a large like I did.

This ball is exactly what I needed. I am 30 weeks pregnant. 5'2 147lbs and I ordered the medium ball. It is a perfect fit!!Ball feels very durable made from a good, strong material. It even came with a foot pump so I didn't have to go buy that in order to use it. Since a pump never crossed my mind I'm glad they sent one with it. I was able to use that ball right away!!It also came with a peri bottle that has a hard plastic tip, a tape that I am using to measure my belly and a yoga band which has been extremely helpful In getting a good deep hamstring stretch since my big belly limits this now lol.In all I am happy with purchase and will be using this the remainder of my pregnancy and to help me deliver my lo.

This ball was great. I inflated it with ease. Does exactly what it’s supposed to. Good size. Durable. No issues with it. Would recommend. I used it for bouncing on it when I was pregnant. I sometimes pull it out now to do some stretches on it. My daughter is 2 now and she plays with it sometimes. I bought this over 2 yrs ago when I was pregnant with her and still have it. Still in great condition.

Great combo of items. I used the exercise ball almost daily in 3rd trimester, and even helped ease pain as I began early labor. Since having my baby, this ball is one of the best things i have for helping put my baby to sleep (bouncing while holding him). Plus the peri bottle was my MVP 1-2 weeks post partum. I didn’t use the socks or strap, but nice to have if needed.
