Great way to cook.

Love this grill pan. The cover should have been domed to accept thicker slices of steak or fish. Easy to clean. Let the pan get hot before placing meat or fish in in order to get nice grill marks.

Looks like it’s well made but the size is soooooo small! Was shocked when I received it!

We cook steak, chicken, fish and almost everything with this pan. It makes food so tasty!!!

I use this product every week end.I also bought this product for my friend. He uses almost every day. It's so easy to use and so easy to clean. Hug!

This is going to be my fav cooking pan! I would recommend to others to get it. Been cooking steaks, fish and veges with it.

What a pan!! It is SUPER!!

I have always appreciated the ribbed grilling pan cooking methods and this is a slight modification (with cover) of other pans that I have used. This pan is smaller than expected, as the advertised length dimensions are handle tip to handle tip, not the internal pan capacity which is 7-1/2 x 10 inches (19 x 25.4 cm). Overall it is a high quality product. I very much appreciate the Japanese methods of cooking, so I am looking forward to many years of use. In future I would like to see a somewhat larger version of this pan that could be used on double burners, but this grill is good for single burner use, especially a single induction cooker.

ガスからIHに代えたので注文しました。グリルの部分で魚を焼いたら絶対にこびりつくでしょうから使う予定はありません。これならきれいに洗えるのでいいですね。物もしっかりしていました。

魚、肉料理も簡単です。焦げることがないので、良かったです。焦げがでないので洗い物も簡単でね！

ヨーロッパのIHには使えないことが後で判明し贈り先にとても申し訳なかったです。
