This product description is misleading. Says it is good no matter how far you go. Good for luggage, which is why I bought it. KEEP READING THE DESCRIPTION, because it says later on that it is only good for 75 ft in open air. Not helping me, wasted money.

Very very much dislike this product. I bout in attempt to use for my kids while at the park. The app it tells you to use will only allow you to connect one tag. Any other app you try to use with product will constantly disconnect and make alarms go off. If it's windy outside you can't connect at all. When panic button is pressed it only works occasionally not all the time. My kids would get maybe 5ft away and loose connection causing alarms to go off. The little tags isn't loud enough for child to hear in a busy park if you attempt to page them.

Tracker does not work well.You can choose between three maps. Google maps(under development so it doesnt work), Baidu(This is the best working out of the three. But wouldn't load properly when I was out with my dog), and AMAP(This one is just a blank screen with a tracker point. Not even worth saying anything else about it.). While out with my dog the device wouldn't connect to my phone.While the maps are worthless the device will beep when my dog gets too far away from my phone(as long as they are actually connected) so I'm hoping to use this more as a 'come back to me when you hear the beeps' thing than a tracker. However, the button is huge and easy to press so whenever my dog plays she ends up setting off the lost alarm. She was wary of it at first but with training she's learning to come back to me when she hears the beeps.While I'm definitely not happy with this product I can still find use for it. I would NOT recommend it though.

Didn't work at all, the app I downloaded to make it work, junk once again, and couldn't even open goggle maps!! (read reviews on the app, and you'll see others found the same). The included instructions were so small and not clear and I had to use a magnifying glass to even attempt to read it. Cheap chinese made crap. On top of all of that, I paid extra in shipping (I'm a prime member and it would have been free) to get in sooner, and it still didn't arrive on promised date. Don't waste your money !!

Battery life doesn't seem to last too long and when I try to locate the devices it takes a while to connect. On top of that it keeps notifying me when I come near other devices that are not mine

Bought this product to use for our 5 children to wear during a trip to Disneyland so we could see where they were in the even that someone got lost. First day at Disneyland and the alarm kept going off and on, even though each kid was right next to us. We ended up having to just turn them off because of the relentlessly recurring alarm sounding off for no reason.Tried to refund and couldn’t. Very disappointed

This product is great to know where my son is in are yard or places we visit. I can look right on my phone and knoe if he is not in the area he should be. I just dont like that its not realistic and show the actual land and trees, water areas.
