Do not buy this. If there's any positive reviews it will be fake. It only works for one use. Not worth the money at all. We followed the instructions and thought maybe we just got a defective one. So we returned it and got a replacement. Nope same issue. It's just complete garbage. Don't waste your time or money.

It didn't work straight out of the box I got home opened it up put my phone in it and it didn't cut on so I thought ok maybe its dead so I ug in my super fast charger for my note 10 plus and still won't cut on I tried for 30 mins still nothing I waited till the next day still won't charge im very upset it was a complete waste of money im waiting to see if they will replace it emailed them and still no response very unprofessional

I don't know why people are complaining. This case works perfect with my phone. Charges the phone quick and the case charges as well. You DONT have to remove the phone from the case to charge the case. Maybe some people just can't figure it out.....

This is defective and they charged me to have the label printed and to box it. I want that money back

1 time use. This is a great fast charging 1 time use battery pack. I thought it was rechargeable and could be used as a rechargeable - recharging battery pack and that's not the case(no pun).Again, great fast charger but for only 1 charge.

It works great, charges my phone to a full charge. Only complaint is that it gets really hot while charging.

Could never recharge the case. Tried following the directions as many ways as I could.
